I did this, resigned and deleted my adsense account. But now when i go back to earnings tab it says "pending" and i cant make a new adsense account... How long does this take?

The last step didnt work for me. I linked the ID with another email but i didn't get the "in process".

My original page said "reactive account".

The second browser said the ID was linked to the new email.

It was confusing.
