Have very strong passion for it
Ignore the doubtful 'experts'
Have an "it can be done" attitude
Question everything and be non-consensus
Get others to believe it, team members and customers
Is it a good idea that sounds like a bad idea
If it doesn't invoke discomfort in how different it is, you're not pushing enough
Know the why -- who are you honoring with your product
Competitive advantage is gathering intelligence around the idea
Execution is everything: begin by drawing it out, then build, and get others to come build it for you
Think from the customer's perspective: do they leave your website with a solved problem
Do things that don't scale
Constantly seek criticism
Be intellectually honest: are you building something people want?
If we listened to the naysayers, nothing would ever get built
Realize you can't do everything, it requires a great team
Intelligence, integrity, and energy are 3 important things to look for in a co-founder
Be open to not knowing everything a priori that will happen in your business
Be open to things going wrong, and so be flexible about the details
Courage and genius

1. You have to be passionate about the thing you're doing (Jeff bezos)
2. You have to have fun or else ur gonna give up easily
3. Fail and learn and don’t let people let you it cant be done
4. Don’t chase money. Don't try to find great ideas to make money. Try to find something youre good and passionate about
5. Passion will bring energy in what you do
6. Emotional investment in what youre doing. Failure is likely guaranteed if you don't love what you're doing
7. If you know exactly what you wanna be, you have to spend time with people who are that already
8. Question everything. You might find better ways to do certain processes
9. When coming up with ideas, question urself what new market is your idea creating and what problem is it solving
10. Come up with 10 ideas a day
11. People will not be interested in your idea you have to persuade them and show them that you're the one person who can execute your idea
12. If you believe enough you will see it. You need people to believe it before they see it
13. Start small. Do small projects first for fun
14. Your business have to be ubiquitous. If you cant visualize every consumer using your product, it will be tough to scale up
15. You want an idea about what you can say "I know it sounds like a bad idea but here's why it's actually a great one"
16. When you're trying to differentiate and make an innovative product, if you don't doubt your own idea, you're not pushing yourself enough
17. Don't try to think what's the quickest way to success. Try to think what's the best way to create something valuable that the world needs
18. Every organization knows what they do and how they do it but ask not all knows why they do it
19. A lemonade stand is different from a vending machine even though both of them are selling the exact same product. When you pitch to an investor, tell your story not why you're 2% better than your competitors
20. You have to want it for it to exist. Ask yourself if your idea what executed by someone else you werent involved at all, would you want the idea to do well
21. Go talk to people about your idea instead to keeping it to yourself
22. Hardest part is starting. Everyone has ideas but everyone executes them. If you have an idea, start by creating samples and prototypes
23. You don't have to be the best but you have to be dangerous. A lot of people might have your exact same idea but you have to be courageous enough to go and execute your idea
24. Maximize the probability that someone shows up at your store/website and ends up with a solved problem
25. Try to make the right product and then scale it up instead of scaling up your product and then trying to make it right\
26. Don't go into giant markets, go into small markets and take over those markets
27. Constantly seek criticism. A well thought out critique is as good as gold and you should try to seek it from everyone especially your friends
28. Utilize online communities on advices. People all around the world with their different experiences can you help you
29. Ask for everybody's opinions don’t underestimate anyone
30. Most startups fail because the product is not something people wanted
31. Don't let haters distract you. If there's a product that you like to use, there's a chance that thousands of people might use that product as well
32. It's not about doing focus groups and not about double checking your vision. It's about constantly rigorously test your idea throughout the entire product development process, throughout marketing process and other processes even as you scale up
33. Get your product through sample batches out there and seek opinions
34. Don't have unrealistic and huge ambitions; start small and then scale up
35. Doing something exeptional
36. Spend money on teaching and sharing. Hiring a writer instead of a marketing person
37. Realise you can’t do everything. Even if you can, you shouldn't
38. Find a great partner who has high energy, high intelligence and high integrity
39. Those who you are working with have to have complementary goals
40. Come up with committable core values instead of generic core values. Committable as in you are willing to hire and fire someone based on the core value completely independent of their job performance
41. Values are principles that you strictly adhere to no matter what. The degree which you maintain your conviction is the degree you will be successful over the long term
42. You have to be a great listener, motivator, leader. People are like flowers; if you water a flower it will flourish; if you praise your employees…'
43. You have to be ok with the fact that a lot of things are outside your control
44. Be flexible/open minded. Have strong principles but be open minded enough to change your principles for the better
45. Don't bother avoiding mistakes. Instead try to learn quickly from your mistake and bounce back
46. Courage and genius
47. Entrepreneurship is hard work
48. Be pragmatically pessimistic. Imagine the worst happening and prepare how you would response to that
49. Love the process and take care of your physical and mental health

I started this channel in 2021-11-18. I have been uploading videos for more than 2 years now. EVERYDAY! I do not care what day it is. I just upload, because I know that my channel is unique and I have to upload. In 25 months I got 356 subscribers on this channel, but I know that very soon this channel will go viral. I will come back here in couple of years with 100k subscribers!
Good luck everyone! If you think something is important enough, do it. Even if the odds are stacked against you.

The best advice I can give as a business owner is don’t listen to ur friends that have all the answers to everything but have never done it find successful people to be ur mentors and when u find the mentors you find that even though 2 mentors are in different businesses the information is pretty much the same. Your friends cherry pick the laziest ideas about business from not needing money just get loans, thinking soon as u open a business it’s party time all down hill from there, it’s ok to open a business you have no experience in and so on. IMO if u aren’t willing to work 2 full time jobs to get out of debt and save money being a business owner isn’t for you that’s not only the easy part but if u can’t handle ur personal finances ur not gonna be able to handle ur business finances. I started my business a few months before covid and if I didn’t have my debts paid off minus my home mortgage, start my business with no debt and have enough saved to pay personal and business expenses for 3-6 months I would have had to close.

Lol. Zuck is not an entreprenuer. He is a business owner that lucked out on being first-to-market. His only competitor during startup had zero ambition to scale. He has proven a zero ability to innovate and can only gain forward movement by buying the progress of other companies. Please do not conflate his timing and thievery with entrepreneurship; it's an insult to the real ones in the trenches actually making a difference and improving the qulity of life for the rest of us.
