Nobody who has access to dobutamine, noradrenaline, levosimendan or vasopressin would nowadays use dopamine.
This video is outdated and dangerous. There are numerous studies that show dopamine to be inferior to any of them. And dopamine does not help with kidney function

man i wish you were professor for all my classes...lovin your videos bro...hopin you keep making more videos...i have questions though i know that dopamine starts acting on beta one and alpha as dose increases....but my kaplan lecture notes says fenoldopam a d1 agonisg is used for severe hypertension...shouldnt it be hypotension???? confused here because if doponine act on beta and alpha 1 than there ll be vasoconstriction how does that help hypertension....
