This is a great episode. Thank you. I play the game without any DLC and like to see games without it.

Edit: It would be helpful if you could name the DLCs or "add-ons" you are mentioning along the way. Otherwise I don't see the point in mentioning them at all. I mean "Oops I cannot block areas for my convoys. There is an add-on for that, but I don't bother to tell you which one it is" made me leave right away and remove my like.

Awesome mini-series! Binge watched each one as a brand new HoI4 player. On the infantry equipment, troops vs “guns”, thing - I reckon each soldier has a gun. Inf equipment is perhaps specialist equipment for infantry, like, machine guns, bazookas etc

As someone from Czech Republic, I always get an eye twitch each time you call slovakia Czech Republic xD It was part of Czechoslovakia, but after the split, It's Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Each infantry equipment has 10 units, that is why there are 900 per 9,000! 😉

Aka hoi4 is extremely overwhelming for new players

Late to this party but I’ve come from other strategy games and was struggling to get to grips with HOI4. This is an excellent resource to get going with battles, just the right amount of detail 👍

THESE ARE AMAZING!!!

This game is ass. Took all of Africa and got down to the last 2 squares of Belgium and got FUCKED. They were surrounded by a river on the left and right, there was no north border, and to the south was Portugal which was not allied to either of us. They had no supplies or access to supplies and had packed 40 divisions into 2 squares yet I got my ass handed to me and my 70 well supplied superior units because of 70% negative strength from crossing a river and another 25% because I’m in the jungle, plus another 25% when night rolled around. So they have no bullets, food or any hope at all of leaving yet my FULLY loaded tank, mobile and standard infantry backed by state of the art artillery, panzers, hundreds of stukas, full bellies and full clips and the greatest generals the world has ever known who have walked over dozens of rivers no problem now can’t fight a starving enemy with no bullets because water and trees. This game is absolute ass and no one should waste money on it. How does a person release something so flawed and not fix it. 70% because of a river?!?!? No sense in these peolle

Looked through a lot of channels and tutorial videos to find something exactly like this thanks for all the help. I’m sure there’s not a huge request for it but if you made a video with a full dlc game explaining the differences that would be insane! Thanks again for all the effort you put in.
