Is this a series? Where are the other videos? He said links in the description but there's 50 links to all other random topics in there
ОтветитьNow we need a calculator that you can give your upgrades and charged slots, and it spits out the most efficient layout ;P
Ответитьyou dumbed this down and im still lost haha
ОтветитьThis makes no sense
ОтветитьMy biggest gripe about nms is the lack of information in game about how things work. I end up spending just as much time looking crap up online as I do playing. And god forbid you take a few months off. Good luck remembering anything.
ОтветитьHey I'm the 9,700th like!
great video man, thank you for this it's massively helpful
Thank you so much! Knowing that these aren't true percentages helps so much!
ОтветитьThese are wonderful but I still can't understand how to figure out which ones are greater and which are lesser.
Some in-game examples would be really helpful.
Why couldn't they have some way of showing how these upgrades affect your suit the way they show ship upgrades affecting your ship? It would make things so much easier.
Ответитьwhy does this sound like Hello Games turned a bug into a feature with how the stat adjacency works?
ОтветитьDid the other videos get done?
Ответитьokey. i hear what you say but monkey brain dont understand.... same frame they connect. supercharge make number brrrrr. DONE :D !!
ОтветитьEveryone knows that adjacency slots matter
- I did not sir
It's either been a really long day or I'm just really really stupid as this video has just made me aware.
ОтветитьI found Your website from a reddit post. Thanks for what you do man!
ОтветитьI didn't even know this was a thing at all, adjacency what???
You mean I can stack jetpack loool
Has anyone figured out the order that the bobbleheads appear in your cockpit if you've got more than 1 installed? It can only show 1, so what's the priority order? I keep meaning to test it, but more important things keep taking up my time.
ОтветитьVideos such as this one showcase how a complex game like no mans sky could really benefit from a in-game tutorial and much better encyclopedia. I am convinced they do what they do to have this wonderful community around the game, that share ideas, secrets and tutorials, but still. A lot of basic game mechanics are either not explained at all or just in passing and often in hidden ways.
I haven't played the game for 4years and started playing it again and I am relearning everything....
"Everyone knows that adjacency slots matter in NMS" I literally do not know what they are, thats why im here brother
ОтветитьSubbed based on this vid alone.
ОтветитьClear as mud... I think I'm too stupid to understand this.
Ответитьi just shuffle them all around until the stats are peak. I'm so lazy and stupid haha
ОтветитьTook me nearly a year to fully understand how adjacency works
Ответитьjust a selection of words strung together
ОтветитьI would love to have a better understanding of all this, but it just seems needlessly complex and annoying to me. Why couldn't they make this more straightforward?
ОтветитьAAAAAAA
CONVOLUTED
Shield has its own separate class. Thanks for clearing that up
Ответитьrandomly put stuff in places, got it.
ОтветитьThe list isnt in the description
ОтветитьAnd then there's me, who made mine adjacent because the OCD said I must organize the slots.
ОтветитьI like!!!
Ответитьhave this game since release, but I got it just now XD
ОтветитьWhat the fuck? Adjacency?
Ответитьfuck we need chinese!😭来个大佬翻译一下吧QAQ
ОтветитьLOL, playing over 150 hours and didn't know about those bonuses. I just put the technologies right next to each other, so it would look orderly... but in rows. Switching technologies with places, I didn't notice any stat changes, so I didn't think it matters, aside the charged fields - I found out those pretty late too...
ОтветитьThis is the one part about the game I hate. Especially with how boosted slots work now. I wonder how many hours are spent waiting for a ship that doesnt have a sucky boost slot layout. We should be getting procedural parts unlocked so we can design our perfect ships ourselves.
Ответить"linked in the description as they are released"
Not a single video in this series is linked in the description of this video. There isn't even a playlist for the series linked.
I started to figure this all out a bit in my first Exotic ship while toying around with hyperdrive enhancements. I discovered loosely that, using the same adjacent slots, I could vary the total hyperdrive range greatly just by altering the arrangement of the bus within the same group of slots. With the boosts I have equipped, my jump range was as low as 1500-odd LY and my current peak range of about 2109 LY. Gotta say, it makes plowing toward galaxy centers a lot more effective if I happen to be shunning black holes for whatever reason. Sometimes, repeatedly accessing the Anomaly causes severe lag and hangups, so it's nice to be able to make a decent chunk of progress without having to cause myself as much headache.
ОтветитьI’ve been to the center and didn’t know the details of adjacency. Lolz
Amazing work, thanks
Unnecessarily complicated Hello Games
ОтветитьThank you for dissecting the tech for us. Didn't know about the strength Stat. Awesome!
Edit: It shows you how Hello games and specifically Sean are intelligent individuals.
This is too much for casual gaming.
I'm just gonna stick them together and hope it does something better than worse.
Were there ever any more videos in this series?
ОтветитьI'm still confused as hell, but maybe after a couple of rewatches I'll figure it out. Thanks for the guide
ОтветитьHuh, I feel really stupid now with the way I have placed several upgrades.
ОтветитьCongratulations! Great video, kudos to you for your seriousness in studying all the stats and how do they work.👍👍👍
Ответить??
ОтветитьI have the mass obstructor alien rifle.
Ответитьhey man i love your videos, what program do you use for editing?
Ответить
