I love bug free food! 😊
ОтветитьFYI the WEIRDEST thing I ever found in rice: a rock. Like glad I found that with my eyeballs and not my teeth 😅.
ОтветитьI love bug free food ❤️❤️
ОтветитьI. Wil e checkng my produce a lot more often loser, for bugs. I will not be buying any cake mix from now own.
ОтветитьI love bug free food.
ОтветитьVery informative, thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьWhat about frozen fruit and vegetables?
Ответитьin rice we use salt to kill or remove from bugs in 1 kg 1 spoon is ok
ОтветитьOoooo! I'm checking for bugs now! I don't want bugs either!
ОтветитьI always cut off the bottom 2-4 inches of the celery in order to avoid those insects to begin with.
ОтветитьI'm surprised that you didn't wash the egg before breaking it.
ОтветитьAll my produce gets washed. I cook from scratch so see all ingredients in baking mixes in each individual item. How easy it is to make your own from scratch brownie mix. You can also flash freeze grains and beans to kill off bugs. If you put a small oxygen absorbing packet into a sealed container with grain or beans, will keep out pests and kill any that may be in it. Thank you for educating us.
ОтветитьI learn so much from your videos, since Iam in the process of learning how to live a cosher life. Your videos are a great help. Didn't know that there are hiding so many tiny insects in our foods. Just one question: Salad is a very sensitive veggie. How do you avoid loosing all the vitamins when watering the salad leaves?
ОтветитьI love bug free food! ❤
ОтветитьI ❤ 🦟free food. Those 🐛were living large in the zucchini! 🤢
ОтветитьI love bug-free food! And I think I'm pretty grossed out by all the insects you found. I grow much of my own fruit and veg, and I check it as thoroughly as I can. But cake mixes? I've never checked those. Now, I'm not sure I could eat cake from a mix again. I quit growing broccoli because it is a bug magnet.
ОтветитьWow! I guess I need to check our food more closely !
ОтветитьCould some of the food returned to the market for a refund? It would depend on the item and if the trip back was worth it. If my squash or zucchini had live larvae, I would totally take it back.😂 Bugs are normal in most grown foods. Though more than two live bugs in produce would have me toss it, rice would give me pause because there are ALWAYS bugs in a bag. I check by the cup and toss out that cup-full. I may never eat yellow squash again after this video!🙀🤣
ОтветитьI love bug free food! 😱🤢
ОтветитьI love bugbfree food. Nice to learn.
ОтветитьI just found your channel. I’m in awe. Cannot wait to make your Challah recipe. Thank you so much. I’m
ОтветитьOh I am grossed out; not because you showed us bugs, but the thought of what I've unknowingly consumed for 59 years!! Yuck!
ОтветитьI love bug free food
ОтветитьI love bug free food!
ОтветитьAre veggies from bug free greenhouses more expensive? And are they readily available or do you have to kinda struggle to find them.
ОтветитьI found your channel recently and I love it a lot!
The only way to keep the eggs blood spot free is to keep the rooster away, as the spots form only in fertilized eggs. 🙃
Seeing the amount of bugs in dry food is quite shocking, I am starting to check what's entering my kitchen from now on as well.
Thank you!
I love bug free foods!❤❤❤ Thank you for sharing
ОтветитьHello, convert of 5 years over here. I didn't know I was supposed to check the rice....thanks so much for sharing. I will incorporate this new method into my meal prep.
ОтветитьHi, I'm not Jewish (left Christianity/Catholicism) but I do believe in the Jewish G-d because things happened I cannot explain, etc etc. I found a bug in my Celtic grey sea salt a week or so ago and ended up tossing out the whole bag because ew. I'm going to not buy huge bags anymore and just get small packages of mineral salt moving forward, but now I know to check the whole package before using. I don't buy rice anymore so I've never noticed that before, but I do have lentils, split peas and pinto beans and I think now I should go through the packages as I buy them to check to make sure there's no bugs and then just store them in glass jars for future use. I always rinse and soak before using them. Currently I've got strawberries in a mixture of vinegar and water soaking to eat and I'm glad I started doing that because there's always weird particles that don't seem to be a part of the strawberry that comes out. I don't buy lettuce much but when I do I always rinse each leaf. Never occurred to me about a bug light, I might look into that! I just don't like how at the base of the leaf of lettuce and also leeks there's always some type of dirt or bug so I always do that individually anyway, especially for leeks. I've never tried a veggie wash before and I looked up the ingredients for that and it seems to be a good product so I might get that as well. I once bought a head of cauliflower and I don't ever do that anymore because when I got back and cut into it, a bunch of little black bugs came out. So NOW I only buy it if the florets were cut already or "riced" and I always rinse them and the florets I cut to check at least. Thanks for the video!
ОтветитьI need a bug light. Where did you buy it?
Ответитьamazing, thank you. hatzlacha
