Day 1 - I could not do most of the exercises , but it got slowly a tinny bit easier towards the end
Day 2 - ( updating on day 3 ) i did not get a chance to do it Yesterday bc i was busy 😢
Day 3 - ( i am going to do it twice to make up for yesterday ) first time i had to stop with some exerscises before she did , i changed some exerscises to make them slightly easier
Day 3 - second time i really tried alot harder to complete this , but i still had to stop a little bit before she did but not as much as last time although i could not do the challenge exerscise at the end of the video bc i was very warn out 😅
Day 4 - ( sorry for doing so late ) it was quite easeir than last time and i think on the first exerscise i was doing it wrong , becuase this time i started pushing myself abit more at the begining and i felt more of a burn 😊
Sorry guys I had to go to my dads bc it was the weekend and there was no space to do the exercise so I missed a couple days - I’m going to carry on as I was before so the next day is day 5 which I’m doing today 🙃
Day 5 - it was abit harder because i hadnt done it for a couple days and im able to see that i have the lost the tiniest bit of wheight
Omg this works so well I lost 12 pounds from this exercise and eating healthy no junk food and I recommend that to go see recipes in growinganna ❤ this works !

ОтветитьI’m a ballet student and I need to loose approximately 3kg so imma take advantage of the 2 week Easter break and loose some weight. Imma keep y’all updated! (before the workout I do 20 mins treadmill and after the workout I do 10 mins workout,I also follow a diet)
