This is truly a deep sleep mediation. The beginning might seem like it isn’t but you do only 20-30 mins of sitting up meditation then you are guiding to lie down and out you go!

I’m struggling to listen to Dr JD’s voice, I keep conjuring up images of the wizard of Oz when they find him behind the curtain. I’ll try again tomorrow. 🤞💗

I don’t understand. We are to sit up throughout the meditation. Do we go to bed afterwards then to sleep or is the meditation not linked to bedtime.

Is it normal to astral travel with this meditation? I had a pretty intense response…

Hi 👋 once again I had another beautiful experience 😊 I injured my knee and could barely walk I couldn’t even get Inside my 🛀 to take a shower. So that nite I laid on my back again and played this meditation and tried not to focus on the pain in my knee. When Dr. Joe started to say instruct your STEM CELLS TO HEAL DAMAGED TISSUE I focus really hard and told them to heal my knee and they did just that. I woke up the next day and my knee was healed all the pain was gone 😊 I was amazed and was so grateful & thankful once again ❤❤❤ so I started looking up what is STEM CELLS? Now I know how to heal my body what a wonderful & powerful meditation!

I did this meditation one night on my back and the next morning I woke up went to the bathroom and set my intention to go thru the purple portal I always see that let’s me see another whole world on the other side, that morning I was amazed that I actually called my vortex or my vortex called me 😂 all my chakras was blazing I seen the nite sky as the purple or indigo was projecting outward then I seen a moon and clouds flash by to right, then the little red spiral grew huge I was overwhelmed so my higher self stepped in and told me to breathe then I seen red, orange, yellow rising up, then a huge green spiral was on my right side my higerself continued to tell me to breathe and that I was luv lite & compassion the the black & White vortex came I was scared & excited at the same time 😂 it started screaming I wanted to go inside but thought demons was on the other side 😂 higher self told me stop being scared and go inside so I did and it was the entrance to the universe it was nothing but beautifulness to the 1 Infinite Creator i was so grateful & thankful for the experience.

I love this meditation. Did anyone else burst into laughter when the reverb and dr. J’s tone of voice changed when the meditation began? This is my first one, so I don’t know if he this is the norm. I just wasn’t expecting it lol
