ОтветитьMy baby is 6 months old weight 15.6 and she always wants to be carry her. And I have stated to feel chest pressure. I went to doctor and took a lot of test but they said everything looks good. But still I am feeling the pressure everyday. Is it something to worry or is it just people carrying her a lot? Pleases reply to your messages can help me. What should I do to get out of this pressure.

ОтветитьI’m Im 4 months postpartum and my shoulders and back hurt. I never thought it could be because of breastfeeding. I’ve been doing pilates and it’s not getting any better. I’ll try this today. 😊

ОтветитьI'm not a sedentary person by any means...but being forced to take more rest after giving birth has been difficult for me- especially with breastfeeding there is a lot of pressure on your neck and back. I did this workout about 5 days after giving birth and whoa! What a relief as I feel the tension melting off my back and neck. I still do it now to help with tension caused by breastfeeding. Highly recommend and love Jessica!

3 weeks postpartum and this felt amazing! Such a good re-entry to yoga after baby and so nice to stretch with all the hunching, slouching, and weird positions that motherhood finds me in!
