Thanks Mark worked like a charm, I re-soldered all the wires attached to the board and the led light connections and its works fine now nothing crazy just heated them all up and added a dab of new solder and it works as it should now no more airbag light. I have to say watching your video inspired me to check this panel again and resolver the wires and led bulbs, because it looked perfectly fine the last time i checked it so I didn't re-solder any connections.
