I teach Mindful Art Workshops for Corporate Wellness Programs and stumbled on your video. I like that you point out the benefits of reducing work related stress as I've seen this to be true in my students.

I am studying to receive my bachelor's in Healthcare Admin. Education was my initial goal, but I took a turn🤷🏽‍♀️ I have to write an essay pretending to be a project manager and make up a wellness plan for a small hospital. I was stomped 🤦🏾‍♀️like where do I begin. This was super helpful!!! Thanks!!!😊
