What is up with the snarky, ‘gotcha’ “let’s go to page blah blah”? She sounds so unprofessional. I don’t understand what her point is in attacking Dr Curry. What exactly is the point? To just discredit her? Didn’t work.

I watched the whole thing live and I am here for laughs. This was amazing.

You know it's not going well when the lawyer spends half the time asking about a different witnesses' testimony rather than the person they have in the witness box.

Incredible expert witness technique on display - her calm and clear responses should be used in expert witness training.

I am a bit confused how come Shannon Curries current opinion were already documented in a memo served to plaintiff attorney team when she hadn't formed an opinion back then? Unless the documentation is referring to a test I am not sure if her opinion being in an old document is good look before she supposedly formed an opinion.

As much as you may not like the lawyer she is ranked in or has been ranked in the top 1% of trial lawyers.

this is my favorite testimony to watch! The therapist is so neutral, factual and calm; its like the lawyers are trying to teach her about her own subject of expertise.

It is just sad that this trial garnered so much media attention and scrutiny. If it wasn't celebrities than they would not have had this much care or concern in their case.

Shannon Curry is a Rockstar!! Very professional w/her integrity fully intact.

I am appalled at how Elaine argues with the Judge every time the Judge sustains an objection against Elaine. Blatant disrespect for a Judge!!! God PLEASE forbid Elaine from ever being appointed a Judge, she is so corrupt.

Also that the lawyer in the back table looking like he is having cringe reaction to Elain's questions and arguments. LOL all the while team JD is just chillin knowing they hired an actual expert. After watching this multiple times, I'm still trying to understand what the point of this cross-examination was.

"You said XYZ?"
"Yes, I said XYZ"
"So you ADMIT that you said XYZ?"
"....Yes I said XYZ"
"Turn to page 300 of your previous statement, what does it say?"
"It says XYZ"
"So you ADMIT back then you said XYZ and now today you are saying XYZ?"

It might have been deliberate that Depp's lawyers hired a psychologist that is beautiful. A real knockout.
The psychologist who testified on Amber's behalf was not very good looking.
The man psychiatrist, me being a layman, I have no idea what in the world the objective of his testimony was.

the lawyer asking the psychologist of Mr. Depp is horrible at establishing foundation and discrediting the expert witness.

Pretty sure Dr. Shannon Curry was literally diagnosing Ambers Lawyer while being examined and questioned at this point. 😂
