They literally show Ironman less powerful but if you realise that Tony hold back himself to harm his friends if Tony wants to kill every Avenger, than nobody can stop him, we can see that Tony has leser tech which can split their enemies, he has ultrasonic sound for wanda , automated targeting system which he can use on barton but he didn't use on him. instead , he use that thing in the end of movie to stop winter soldier from escaping. he even has ai which can learn any enemies fighting techniques in just seconds, after the civil war he made nano tech suit so antman can't damage his suit again and finally only Thor left but I am 100% sure he would have some tech to fight with thor. And for people people who said that captain is more powerful than Tony then think again captain can't hold back thanos but tony injured him.
