The Best Takedown for BJJ (2x ADCC Champion Loves THIS)

In today's video I try to answer the far too commonly asked question:

"What is the BEST takedown in BJJ?"

Well, I don't have the statistics, but the more I study ADCC competition and the more I learn Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, I try to adjust my takedown game to what the BEST in the Sport have done.

The takedown that I teach in this video is one that Is often used by JT Torres, Marcelo Garcia, and even my coach, Chewy.

It's a takedown that I had never learned until I started doing BJJ and yet it's one of my favorite takedowns to attempt. Luckily when I competed recently, I was able to actually hit this in a match.
