ОтветитьWhy do these so called experts claim you can isolate the long or short head bicep ?? Impossible the are attached at the same point to a single tendon that pulls in one direction . They work completely together or not at all .

ОтветитьSo I performed CTFs lying dumbbell extensions from 5 pound all the way up to 50 pounds, 20 reps to failure, super setting the entire exercise. From 5 to 50, then 50 down to 5. My arms burned for a week

ОтветитьI would love to see a video about ligament/articulation problems. I can not train at all left hand biceps because of the pain from articulation when I use biceps. I have this since almost one year and it never stops...
