ОтветитьI've been trying "beginners" exercises now and then and I am really having a hard time copying those because some are just not so "beginners" friendly, but this one made me do all of the exciting and felt good after, thank you so much for this! Will do this everyday as much as possible.

Day 1: not too bad! Was a little difficult but I feel great, I mostly struggled with the "Knee tuck crunch". But I enjoyed it and music a somewhat vibey! I think Day 2 will be even better.

Day 1 - completed. Great Feeling like I completed a big task.
Day 2 - was little tough than day 1 ( felt lite muscle pain bcuz of day 1 workout) yet completed.
Day 3 - felt some more flexibility in doing workouts. So completed the same workout twice.
Day 4,5 - ✅ twice
I just did this. And I already felt so much better. I feel like it already burned off some.

This was very hard at first but I'm sure it will get easy in no time. I was so out of breath and shape, I'm trying to at least lose a little for basketball season so I'll get looked out by college coaches. Right now I'm 187.6 pounds as a 14 year old teenage girl and I'm trying to lose at least 20 pounds. So I'm going to keep on doing this everyday until December 1st. So wish me luckkkk, btw my name is Sheila.
