Day 1- current weight •114• weight goal •96 but for right now im aiming for 100 just bc its a lot of weight to lose and i want to keep it realistic
i really hope i can keep doing this, the work out is hard for me considering i work out for like 2 seconds a year but i can already feel things happening i know i can stick to it amd if your reading this i hope you can to i will update on day 2

I've been trying "beginners" exercises now and then and I am really having a hard time copying those because some are just not so "beginners" friendly, but this one made me do all of the exciting and felt good after, thank you so much for this! Will do this everyday as much as possible.

Day 1: not too bad! Was a little difficult but I feel great, I mostly struggled with the "Knee tuck crunch". But I enjoyed it and music a somewhat vibey! I think Day 2 will be even better.

Targeted weight 60
Going to start today.
Day 1 - completed. Great Feeling like I completed a big task.

Day 2 - was little tough than day 1 ( felt lite muscle pain bcuz of day 1 workout) yet completed.

Day 3 - felt some more flexibility in doing workouts. So completed the same workout twice.

Day 4,5 - ✅ twice

Too much resting for this video you want to keep your heart rate up to burn calories so I add extra workouts to the middle parts or just skip

Day 1:
This was very hard at first but I'm sure it will get easy in no time. I was so out of breath and shape, I'm trying to at least lose a little for basketball season so I'll get looked out by college coaches. Right now I'm 187.6 pounds as a 14 year old teenage girl and I'm trying to lose at least 20 pounds. So I'm going to keep on doing this everyday until December 1st. Feeling the same... I will check my weight each week... thus my weight will be in track.❤❤ I am not maintaining any diets cause I'm a teen so I need to eat everything. But I am now eating less sugary foods.😊
