I listened to this meditation during my contractions at home an entire night on replay and it helped me to cope with it! You were with me, your voice was so reassuring and calming that I knew I will make it. In the morning when we arrived to hospital I was 5 cm dilated, in 2 hours more with your exercises I was 8 cm.
