Navigating the Freelance Revolution. CEO of Upwork – Hayden Brown

I request a support call with upwork regarding my issue, but Upwork is so uptight that they will just shut me up and would not allow me to have a call with support after a client has scammed with me. You guys have kept my earnings and are not responding to my tickets. Instead you are just closing my support tickets without answering the main concern!
I have provided every kind of information upwork wanted from me. I deserve a support call with upwork to look into my issue manually. Freelancers (We all) pay 10% of our earnings to upwork for our secure payments and upwork's services, You guys would not even pay a single piece of attention to my words that I say in my support requests.

A few days ago, your fucking staff blocked my upwork account, but I had $50 balance. Can I ask 1 thing? Why are you or staff tries to steal the money of freelancer?

It's not just a water, it's product of try and passionate of a human. If you need money, just tell me. I can't understand why people lives such that.

My friend's account is also closed, he lost approx $800. So can you tell me now?
