Silly me; I actually thought I might learn something from this video. I didn't expect the entire video to be the question. After visiting a large number of petroglyph sites in the desert Southwest of the United States I have also seen common imagery among those sites. Living in that area it became clear that they weren't just in a few national parks and monuments; they're everywhere. It never occurred to me to write a paper or make a video on the fact that similar symbols recur broadly. A study on either the people that created the images or the possible meanings of them would be far more interesting. More basically, the symbols presented here are logical, simple geometric forms. The early art of all cultures starts with basic geometric shapes.

Check under the dirt floors of those tight crawls and caves.
Ten thousand years ago, those may have had standing headroom.
They may have been filled in by mud that flowed in over the centuries.
There could be artifacts and passages to more spaces waiting to be discovered.

The figures may be the same because they are elemental expressions of our human biology.
We have a uniquely human way of seeing things.
The human factor would be the same for people in Australia or Spain.
Men will draw game animals and the body parts of women... (Objects of desire) We are very predictable.
Perhaps it's a means of willing desired things into existence by drawing them.
A kind of magical conjuring.
Men still do this.
We might keep an image of the sports car we desire in our office and look at it when we feel that we are losing our motivation.

"Only 32 geometric signs" ... then goes on to show many signs on cave walls that are not like any of those in the list of 32, including dual circles with strange links between them, different combinations of uneven lines making up larger shapes, etc. ... why not just say only 3 shapes ... lines, curves, and dots. :) Also, why would a Hand be considered a geometric shape? It's a hand.

Some of those signs have been proven to be preferred pronouns.

Because the Northern Han are the progeny of Neanderthals and when they began invading the west they lived in caves because Neanderthals are cave monkeys. The Northern Han Neanderthal uses pictographic language which is from their Neanderthal ancestors.

Your initial pursuit seems to have become swayed into the more profitable business of promoting mysteries. I copied (digitally) your chart of symbols so that I might give some educated thought as to their original use (currently the wallpaper on my computer). And I found that your classification of each with a modern classification for the symbol to be not only worthless, but attaching and forwarding a taxonomy that has absolutely no, nor could have, any relation to its original meaning. In fact, it would only serve to confound. Maybe that's what is being called for by the means and methods of modern science, but if you're really looking for answers instead of promoting mysteries, well... please do! I'm interested.

You might be interested in the work of David Lewis Williams on the San people of South Africa (University of the Witwatersrand). With his neuropsychological model he came to in his research of San rock/cave paintings, he also descibes graphic symbols as entopic phenomena resulting from shamanic altered states of consciousness.

.....OK...Art is beautiful......I just finished looking at wall art by American aboriginals, and in the past, have seen videos of Australian aboriginal's artworks...... The artwork of the European caves, in comparison to all the others is awesomely advanced and makes the others look retarded or childish.....I do NOT think that aboriginal art depicts any extra-planetary visitors rather I believe it's just an exhibit of the intelligence level of those creators of the drawings.....Only the blind would not see the high skill and brain power of the creators of the very ancient European art.....When I look at the European art, I can almost see it move, it is done with such an eye as to portray the living, breathing animals.....It IS truly some of the most beautiful art ever created and amazingly done with such simplicity and frugality of motion and use of materials.
