ОтветитьNot sure I caught what town they’re in. Bucerias?
ОтветитьThat was a great video. I really liked the format and great info.
ОтветитьToo hot.
ОтветитьWhat a great job they did! Such a beautiful home 🏡 And great job on the video Paul😊
ОтветитьIt would be nice to know a ball park cost of the reno. Good job on the video.
ОтветитьGreat video! Mexico is the best country for American expats!!! 😀
ОтветитьAppreciate you not being specific about the location
ОтветитьAmazing . I thought
ОтветитьThat's awesome. You must not have elderly parents in the US.
ОтветитьI'm an expat too---> I moved to South Dakota. An absolutely brilliant and freeing decision.
ОтветитьConstruction out there is forsure something they tend to lag on a lot lol , good thing they were involved/present daily
ОтветитьWell done!
ОтветитьAre you becoming a legal citizen. What does it take to become a legal citizen of Mexico. Make sure you are not tossed out of Mexico and their government keep your property.
ОтветитьAnd now the leftist people are going to move in in droves and destroy it just like san Francisco
ОтветитьLoved the video and their story
I can’t believe how many Americans have moved to Mexico abd live it. All over the country not just beach resorts. I’m glad they wrote the book. Much success to them
I e lived in LA all my life but my roots and family are from beautiful and tropical Nayarit!
Loved the video. We are just finishing our construction project in Mexico and I’m interested in where you sourced the fire table.
ОтветитьWelcome to Mexico, I hope you guys love our country & enjoy it.
ОтветитьAwesome! Really inspiring journey you've been on. Happy for you both.
ОтветитьThis is very missleading!!!!! Mexico is full if cartels running down the towns , food and water are poisonous, there's no scenic views except dirt and donkeys, please dont come!!!! Save your time and money!! I repeat mexico sucks!!! it's not safe!
ОтветитьWitness Daniel 12,1-3. 🌳 St. Michael Archangel in Phoenix Az. 2021. Pray the Divine Mercy for the intire World. God told Freddy Hayler you will sing music about Me of My Glory. My testimony of St Michael also on Instagram. I am from México ❤. Greeting 🌿
ОтветитьYour the typical couple from America .....Just have a open mind , smile , adapt , dive in2 the culture , lose your american sense of entitlement , humble yourself , embrace the ppl and remember your a guest. Good luck and always give thanks.
ОтветитьHow close to the water are you? Assuming you used a bank trust if you’re within the restricted zone? House looks beautiful, well done!! I wish you all the best, and happiness, in your life adventures.
“While you can buy land in Mexico as a foreigner, you generally cannot directly purchase land within a "restricted zone" which is defined as an area within 50 kilometers (31 miles) of the coastline, meaning you can't directly buy land close to the water in Mexico without using a legal mechanism like a bank trust (fideicomiso) to hold the title on your behalf.”
Great video, Paul!!!!
ОтветитьYour so brave. I dont trust the area or the Federal police...
ОтветитьMixed feeling about all the expats moving to Mexico, living the life, reselling homes for much higher prices, raising the cost of living so that natives can't afford to live in their own towns. When I was a kid, American, many of them vets, moved to Mexico to get away from the American culture. They integrated themselves into the Mexican culture.
ОтветитьWhere is this??
ОтветитьDo you guys feel safe in Mexico? I wouldn't
ОтветитьYou guys are soooooo lucky, I want it to do that for so long, but i'm still stuck in the USA.
ОтветитьI’m leaving early next year to travel the country for several months to find my spot. I have always felt safer in MX than the USA.
ОтветитьWelcome to mexico, my friends. Enjoy this beautiful country and its amazing food.
ОтветитьShouldn't the title of your book be something like ...young couple immigrating to Mexico?
ОтветитьHow were you able to buy in Mexico being a foreigner?
ОтветитьNice I bought land south of Rosarito and they just finished our house beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean
ОтветитьLove your video great job on your new remodel house looks fantastic
ОтветитьA Mexico video with no mention of tacos, unheard of
ОтветитьDid they retire and if so, how’d they earn the $$ to afford doing all this?
Good video btw!
Viva México 🇲🇽
ОтветитьI was born here in the US but since little our parents took me and my sister to Mexico frequently and today after going back and forth I can't handle the people, crime and food in the US not to mention this criminal clown that was elected for president, I am moving to Mexico as well my goodness the people and food in Mexico I am ashamed to say you can not compare it to the US especially the seafood is out of this world. The US is going to suffer for everything bad they have done throughout the years they are going to pay dearly with Trump, I believe the country of laws which has made the US what it is today will not exist any longer, so sad.
