@samthecookingguy here's a trick for cleaning the grill that I just learned today. It works quite well: when you're burning off the gunk on the grill grates themselves, first crumple up a sheet of foil a bit (not into a tight ball, just enough to put some wrinkles on it) and then uncrumple it back into a sheet. This stiffens up the foil a bit. Put this uncrumpled sheet over the grill, and then bring down the lid, and blast it on high. The foil reflects heat back down on the grate and holds the hot gases on the grate itself better than if it were to all just rise through the gaps between the grate bars. After a few minutes, all the stuff on the grate will have burned to ash, much faster than if you were to try this without the foil.
ОтветитьNo skin chicken breast where can you find boneless breast with skin
ОтветитьI would Never use a wired brush, i've eaten and had to go to E.R for swallowing those metal bristles when they break off and stick to the grill.
ОтветитьThe ad is still up on Sunday, August 27th 2023. He’s not taking it down! 😊
ОтветитьYou're a great cook and a comedian 😅
ОтветитьYou get the grill to 100 degrees? 500 degrees? It's a mystery. This is akin to advertising your business then not telling anyone the address. Genius.
ОтветитьI made this grilled chicken for a group of friends, and I got a lot of compliments. My confidence is so high now that I'm making it again. I invited family over for tomorrow. Thank you so much Sam for making this video. I can't wait to see them enjoy a juicy, tender, delicious, grilled chicken breast.

ОтветитьI have been in the food business for a very long time. Sam, this is impressive!

ОтветитьDid he say how long to marinate the chicken for?
ОтветитьLocal is defined as grown in state sold in state:)
ОтветитьMy Family and Myself are Thankful for You, Your Crew and What You Do!!😊
ОтветитьPlease consider a video on either steak or chicken pizziolla. Using chuck steak, with a slow cook with peppers, onions, and mushrooms in a thin tomato sauce is comfort food. Thanks.
ОтветитьWhat kind of grill are you using? Looks delicious!!
ОтветитьMade this today, it was 🔥🔥🔥!!!
ОтветитьLess than 2 minutes - Italian salad dress ziplock bag 💥

ОтветитьThink Tropical Pollo
ОтветитьNo citrus?

ОтветитьHere in the Midwest we have a lot of agriculture therefore a lot of Flys. That's the main reason we burn off our grill after cooking.
ОтветитьLove your videos brother. I’m sure you’ve heard this a million times. I’ll just get in line. Keep this shit up. Oh wait, maybe not “a million” 😅
ОтветитьHow long do you marinade the chicken? Do you stick it in the fridge for a couple hours?
ОтветитьAwesome. Thank you. God bless you guys.
Ответить3 minutes on one side then 45 seconds on the other!? For chicken? No thanks

ОтветитьI thought you used the whiskey bottle to pound the chicken…. Lol love your videos!!
ОтветитьYou probably have heard this since this video, but be careful with wire brushes. There are dozens of hospital emergencies a year from perforated throats, stomaches, intestines after people ingest metal piece sheddings from the brush.
