That guy Bas Rutten is a great commentator the uk guy I’m not so sure about, the other guy seems knowledgable, can’t beat Joe Rogan, he’s my favourite from the UFC

I'm liking this organization very much. I just find the constant cheering of the crowd to be strange. Some of the theatrics of the planted crowd cheapen the experience for me. Not to take away from the fighters who did great!

That was the worst most boring fight I've ever seen in my life (2nd fight). I would have gave a loss to both of them. They were both too scared to do anything. Terrible

That championship fight was shocking no movement and flat footed, its was like a sparring fight.

this is cute. i like the look. but the extras kinda fuc it up for me there. there fake looking. and what does it for me is the all around fakeness. fights are even looking that way. pre ordained.

Mina need to practice takedowns ..this is not a panamerican championship need to keep attacking till the end ...

I wish Atamov exploded a bit more in the final rounds, but also he has problems with border-lining the rules in every single one of his fights and he needs to clean it up. More than that Atamov won that fight, I feel like Mina lost it. Both have good knockout power and they both know it, and Mina was way too passive. That Atamov felt comfortable enough to try for some flair and Mina couldn't punish him for it was a testament to the strength of leg kicks and Mina being off his game plan. Atamov killed Bullet's speed with those calf kicks and ended the momentum with good clinch control, but it was a very static fight, and Mina letting it be static when speed is his hole game only played to Atamov's advantage, with everyone knowing stamina would be an issue for the older man. And I respect the hell outta Atamov for being 37 and doing this. He didn't unleash his big right because he didn't have to, and he could keep it more like sport karate just by touching gloves after every exchange, buying him a few more seconds to breathe.

For the first fight, it was plagued by a bit of being static, but I think Cena knew he was ahead on points and afraid to risk it. When Bouderbane came in, the taller paesano could just push out and down a bit with that big swayback: opened his body, sure, but ask Bill Wallace about swaybacks + small, sideways targets. If Bouderbane squared up a bit, it would have been easier for him to push for a body shot when Cena did that, but the only times he squared up was during a flurry with his head leaned in. But it was part of the success of Thai fighters in their early exhibition patches against PKA kickboxers.

I don't feel like either match was handled poorly, like some comments suggest. Robin's really grown on me, with the way he's so enthusiastic and respectful at the end of every single one of his segments. Bas acting so amazed with the green-screen is...part wholesome fun, part cringe, but his good humor is endearing and his reaction to getting called out made me grin. If I have to hear one more time about how more aggression is more important than, I dunno, takedowns and literally fighting better than the other person, though, I might tear out my hair.

This is glorified point fighting. Karate Combat: fighters hug it out cause they have no hands and sprinkle some kicks here and there.
Championship fight here was straight trash.
