Good shao thanks.
ОтветитьI'd rather starve than eat at a celebrity restaurant.
ОтветитьGreat tips from a new subscriber!
Ответитьthe room that i stayed in at cosmo had a fridge
ОтветитьGreat video Jay 😊
ОтветитьDo Vegas mid October into late November if you’re smart.
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьGreat tips!
ОтветитьIt wouldn’t be a Jaycation Vegas video without mentioning the keurig machine 😂
ОтветитьGreat video I’m glad you’re making quick info videos as well!
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьWalgreens is my favorite.
ОтветитьIs it wise to rent a car on turo if we want to go to one place and the other
Ответитьawesome dude! the only thing I would add (and it depends on who you are) is a hat. In the winter months you can probably get away without one. And if you don't walk around in the sun like I do (my wife likes: broad acres, art fairs, makers markets, etc), you may not actually need one. sunscreen also works for this too. great video.

ОтветитьGreat tips Jaycation. Two additional tips I have are to reserve/buy tickets for shows in advance (at least a few days before) especially the more popular ones to get the best prices. If you show up an hour before the show expecting to pick up some tickets, you may find that the show is already sold out or you may find the prices for any remaining seats are jacked up. This also applies to any sporting events as well especially Raiders & Golden Knights games, F1 & UFC/Boxing fights. Another tip that I have is if you are planning to do things that are off the Strip (as in more than a mile off) & require a rental car to get to, it is best to stay near the airport or near wherever you are planning to visit. This is because the room rates are typically cheaper (especially if it's a national chain like Best Western) & more importantly many of these chain hotels offer free parking for the rental car. The only exceptions to this are resorts like Red Rock, M & South Point. Also it is much easier to get gas for the rental car off the Strip because there are plenty of gas stations. Avoid getting gas on the Strip at all costs as there are very few gas stations & they are very hard to get in & out of because of the traffic. My mom made the mistake of doing this the first time we went to Vegas & it took 40 minutes to get gas due to the lines & the traffic getting in & out of the station.
ОтветитьThanks man! Going to Vegas this weekend for first time (not including conag)
ОтветитьReally great tips JAy.
ОтветитьDon't Take The City Bus
Ответить👍
Ответить#11 is the best. The Wyndham Biz credit card is amazing and I really hope they don't nerf it.
ОтветитьI wanted to leave you an inspiring comment. Awesome video & always informative. Are your coming to granny fest in October. Bring your folks.
ОтветитьDont EVER go to Target, they are a woke, disgusting corporate empire
ОтветитьNext tip: don't be the moron walking around with a useless mask on your face..if you are that afraid of humanity, stay home
Ответитьif you go to Vegas to spend money on gambling but you are penny pinching on buying coffee, you really have issues.
ОтветитьBring wet wipes 👍
ОтветитьThis vlog was paid for Ceasars rewards.😅😊. 25 years in Vegas traveling there is no way you can ask for a late check out without being charged.
ОтветитьSo glad you don't use that worthless Norma in a post.
ОтветитьAmazing tips as always ❤️
ОтветитьIf you are Diamond status with Caesar you can match it to Gold status at MGM
ОтветитьWe love you Jay, your our true hero of vegas, your videos have been so helpful to me, i learnt alot from your videos, i would be lost without your channel, your amazing
ОтветитьGood video. I'm about to head home after 10 days in Vegas and I can't believe how few cabs are around these days. They used to make up about 50% of strip traffic!
ОтветитьI recommend buying one of those cheap disposable Styrofoam ice chests from Walmart if your room has no fridge. No way my wife is going to let me fill the sink with ice & beer 😂. But that is something I wish I thought of back on my college Spring Break Vegas trips!
Ответить☆☆☆☆YES yes bring CASH to Vegas is always a must! My card declined at a Resort checking in and thank goodness I brought my bankroll slot CASH they took that instead of my credit card. Taxi is the BEST way to get back to your Hotel on the Strip in a hurry trust me it's worth the 30 or 50 bucks! 👍👍
Ответить28th birthday trip coming in August I'm still in the planning phase, and let me tell you, you've saved my life, so many decisions I had made were thankfully changed after watching your awesome videos
ОтветитьHi Jaycation! When you going to collab with say Hi to Mathew, he is like you in that he's in his 30's,lives out of Vegas, loves to review restaurants ,Buffets, and Resorts/Hotels and activities. I think he knows and has collaborated with other Vegas Vloggers.
ОтветитьGood stuff Jay. Thanks.
Ответитьcan you do a video on how you get to stay so often in Vegas to be able to do all these cool videos???? Thanks in advance .
ОтветитьGreat tips
ОтветитьGreat tips Jay.
One more tip. Even if you are really thirsty, do not buy the bottled water from the street vendors. Bottles are re-used, not cleaned and refilled with tap water. That's why they open them for you so you won't notice that they were not sealed
I would definitely recommend that people stays hydrate if they're going to Vegas for the first time. I found out the hard way on my first ever trip to Vegas many years ago. Lol!
ОтветитьI have the Windham card how do you connect it to your caesars account?
ОтветитьThanks, Jay, for those helpful essential tips. I am definitely going to look into the Wyndham reward business earners card. If I can get bumped up to Caesars diamond status, that would be worth it. Does that mean I would be eligible for the Caesars diamond tier every year or just that first time after getting the Wyndham reward card? Great video, Jay.
ОтветитьIf Lyft & Uber are in surge & u r coming from airport , it’s fixed rate of 20$+ from cabs. My fave is ABC too 😊
ОтветитьLike what they say in the Phils....early bird catches the worm...wherever early it may be...thank you for the pasyal.
ОтветитьTake a collapsible ice chest if you don't have a mini fridge.
ОтветитьOn the carry cash. You definitely should but be careful to not have it all in one place. Have two wallets, one for your cards and one for cash. If you do use an ATM, find one at a CVS or Walgreens, or even an actual bank ATM. The ATMs outside of resorts are usually more reasonable rates, similar to an ATM for a bank you don’t have an account in. My last time in Vegas was 2014 and the CVS/Walgreen’s units were $3.95 per transaction as compared to $10-15 at the resorts. I’m not sure how easy they are to buy any more but I usually wore a money belt that had most of my cash in it and never carried more than $100 in my wallet. I also kept my wallet in a front pocket where is was a lot harder for a pickpocket to hit.
Definitely use outside stores instead of resort stores for any kind of refreshment or snack. You’ll probably have a greater selection as well as lower prices.
Definitely pack for weather but also have something handy for it to be hotter or colder than what the weather says. I’ve gone in June before, packing light shirts and no jacket to be ready for 100+ degree temperatures and I really wished I’d had a light jacket or slightly heavier shirt for those breezy 80-90 degree nights. They felt colder to me than a 50-60 degree night at home in Ohio. 110s is hot regardless but the lack of humidity can make what most think of as hot weather feel cold.
Great tips! I’m a big fan of the aero press not just for travel but for all of the time. Also, Charles Schwab has a checking account/debit card that refunds all ATM fees at the end of every month.
