I then bought the switch and the switch won’t connect either.
All the negative comments. I had no problem. Thank you for your video.

Ответитьi ordered 5 of these, the only issue i still can't find the answer to is, how does the app connect to the correct switch on the first go? Or will I have to just label each one "Test 1, Test 2" and flick them all on and off and then relabel them?

ОтветитьAfter choosing my 2.4 network in the KASA app it next tells me to go to my devise wifi settings and choose TP, then return back to the app to continue. I do and after returning to the app it will not connects. p.s. I have four other TP switches that have been working fine for two years. This particular dimmer (HS220) which was previously working until a recent power outage now refuses to connect.
ОтветитьBeware of TP-Link products. If the product fails within the warranty period you will be required to pay for shipping the defective item to them before they will send a replacement.

ОтветитьI have the app for my outlets and power strip but I cannot seem to hook my new switches up. The TP link does not appear in my network.
