ОтветитьHi Hana, I am having ankle surgery soon and will not be able to walk for a while. Do you have any videos posted where I can still workout while not being able to weight bare? Also, my legs are already skinnier than the rest of my body so my goal is to not lose definition or muscle mass in my legs and glutes (barely have glutes already) but to lose more in my upper body because my body is disproportionate (big love handles, hanging stomach) and skinnier legs. Thank you.

ОтветитьHana, first thank you. I have been dealing with cellulite and under butt issues for years. I try to workout out but I realized that I do most workouts wrong and of course see no results. Then I found your standing workouts
I did your workout at the office, on the clock and was feeling an improvement immediately. I did another workout this morning and you can’t tell me my cellulite hasn’t reduced already.
Bless you for considering those that can’t do a standard workout routine and your ish works. Big hugs, new sister. I will recommend you to all I know and love.

ОтветитьI am 17 yrs old girl i have been doing this workout for 1 week. My weight was 78kg but now it's 75.5 and i could even see visible differences in my body. Along with my workout i was also eating clean. Thank you Hana so much my target is 52kg. Ik it will take so much of time to lose all these weights but i promise i will be back to update my results. Wish me luck guys
