You know I agree. However think we need things like doctors. However one time I was taking a personal training course and they had me do it at a university and the teacher had a PhD in exercise physiology but when it came to actually working out he knew nothing about it. He told me that bodybuilders say that if they do cardio they lose muscle but he doesn't think that's true because he thinks it would take a lot of starvation to lose muscle. And the thing is the teacher was fat and overweight I told him that I know from experience after bodybuilding and then doing cardio I will lose muscle. Just a couple of good Sprints and I will lose muscle. He asked what a couple of good Sprints are and I said I run down the street until I'm out of breath twice then I will lose muscle in my arms. And he said no. He didn't believe me. And he would say things like people aren't losing weight because they park next to the building and they need to park farther away from the building. And that is totally absurd no one ever lost weight by parking farther away from the building. If you want to lose weight you need to watch what you eat and workout and then Park right next to the building so you have more time to go work out. Except by losing weight I mean fat because you don't always want to lose weight do you want to lose fat I don't want to lose muscle that is body weight I want to keep muscle and I want to burn fat. However the point is the teacher didn't know anything about exercise but he had a PhD in exercise physiology and he's trying to teach me a personal training course when he doesn't even work out. The only things I did learn was like how the Muscle Works with actin and myosin but still I only learn that from a video

I'd disagree on the point that school doesn't teach you real life lessons. Math, for example, isn't real, you can't touch it. But solving its problems makes you use your brain, and that's good nonetheless. I'd say that the school program is good but it's lacking, maybe on purpose. You can use the knowledge from school, but it doesn't teach you the real things like taxes or money or doctor appointments etc. This is what a lot of people say but only few understand the real deal with the school program.
