I keep visiting your channel, and I am learning more while enjoying each visit. My original visit was to get a sound tone idea of a Matsuoka. I anticipate receiving an M30 made by Rioji (Japan seller). It is not in pristine condition such as the models you use for your videos. The one I am able to afford has several milky white clouds on the finish, hopefully no more moisture damage than that. I have a mid-grade Yamaha G231 made in Taiwan, and I find it delightful and impressive, though the back and sides are not of rosewood laminate like the 240-50 models. This one came to me almost brand new. Apparently, the owner lost the bridge saddle (which we know is plastic) so I ordered a bone blank and carved it down to fit.
Thank you for the videos, and for the information you impart on a subject that just fascinates me.

Hello Neil, I have had for a very long time a Yamaha G255S and a Yamaha GC-3 1967 version both in pristine condition. Without viewing them in person what would be your estimated value of each of them please in $US?

I just bought GC7M 1974 but the top is not so goog many scratz but but as far as I know there are no crack ( hopefully ) by the way do you know the luhier name

How about GC 7M do you have any opinion why there is 7S and 7M what is the different, is Gc 7 better than 5
