first of all great video. I have just a question, so I went with the approach of CBO and started by optimizing add-to-cart events. Now I have gathered some add-to-cart events and wanted to ask how you would approach to switching to complete payment. Inside a CBO I can not create ad groups with different optimization event e.g. complete payment. Should I just copy the campaign and set the new campaign optimization event to complete payment and will the data gathered by the add-to-cart campaign be retained in the new copied complete payment campaign?

I just tried to do the tutorial but the thing is that I wasn't able to target US or UK or countries in EU since Tiktok doesn't allow you to choose them so other countries that you are allowed to target them can't check out bacause they don't have any international bank account or any possible method so they can check out!

In tiktok ads manager i see about 100 clicks to the destination but on my shopify i see much less webshop sessions. Do you know how this is possible?

Hey! so the ads within the 'ad group' for example running 4 like your example, would they all come out of the £20 per day budget you set initially for the Campaign or would they all have a budget each of £20 daily per ad so for example the total to run these 4 ads for a week would be 7 x 20 = £140 time this by 4 (because of 4 ads running?)

Great video! So, how do you track TikTok conversions/purchases on Shopify store? I double checked the analytics and marketing channels I can see Meta ads as I configured utm parameters for those campaigns so it shows the conversions from META. I did the same with TikTok, TikTok now let’s you built utm parameters in extension to the url. I can see the traffic and engagement rate on Google Analytics from TikTok but not on Shopify. There is not error in the setup, I checked everything using TikTok pixel extension, events are firing correctly. On TikTok’s advertising dashboard I can see one conversion made today but it is not reflecting on Shopify analytics. What should I do about that?

so the ads that are inside the ad group are all paid by whatever budget you put and tiktok automatically allocates the money to which ever ad is getting more attention? so you dont have to pay for each ad individually right?

Hello, I have created the pixel as you instructed, but when I run ads and connect the pixel, I'm unable to select 'Complete Payment in the optimised event as the option is grayed out only the add to cart option and view page option are available to select Please help me. I did the same things you mentioned, but I can't find any pixels when selecting them in the Optimization Location for the Website. When I checked in the events tab, the pixels were already created. How can I sort this out?
