I always get sick when my body temperature is hot in/surrounded by cold temperature.

I had just returned to work as a meter reader here in Western Pennsylvania after having pneumonia and being off work for almost a month
The temperature that day was a record low/high temperature. The temperature was only gonna go up to about 20° below zero Fahrenheit
I could not believe the day we’re going to make us go out in that temperature to work. We wore company supplied clothing, pants, coats, coat liners, hats, gloves, but nothing they supplied was going to keep us warm in those temperatures..
just walking from my car into the building that morning before work, I had a scarf around my face, and my eyelashes were freezing together when I blinked because my breath was going up over the mask..
when I learned that they were going to send us out anyway in the these record temperatures, I called my doctor. I explained to him, that this was my first day back after being off work for a month with pneumonia.
my doctors words to me were
“ go ahead out, it has nothing to do with temperature”

So yes being out in the cold can help you get more sick then staying in the house warm...

So it means that we need to bundle up , but there is no solution for vitamin D , we get it from sun and in winter it's rarely to the sunrise. I like the video it spells out everything.

And yet other studies and science suggests Cold weather is better for your immune system as it boosts your cortisol levels and the Body generates more.

Those cold water studies conflict with wim hof studies . More than likely those studies were paid for by big pharma. They do not account for other chemicals that are activated like dopamine and other chemicals. And the cortisol actually acts against virus agents.

I've gotten so immune that I've only gotten sick probably less than 3 times in the past 5+ yrs, maybe longer.
Last time I got sick was BCOVID-19.
AND it's in the 50's in San Antonio right now, and I was at the park earlier jogging with no sweater or jacket.
Everyone else I saw had jackets, beanie caps, gloves.
I enjoy this weather.

Cold exposure itself also increases your immune system response so really the point is don't expose yourself to cold when you think you're likely gonna get catch a "cold" aka a virus (and obviously when you already have one especially) but other than that cold exposure does have multiple benefits, including a stronger immune system.

Not true, I get sick every time I feel really cold in an inside space and my body is fighting hard to stay warm. I have very low circulation and am affected by temperatures that make me feel uncomfortably Cold.
