New vs Old Yamaha R3 |2019 R3 vs 2018 R3 Comparison

2018 r3 has a better riding position for daily usage and for long travel....whereas the 2019 r3 has a offensive position which is a more similar track tool like the ktm rc390...r3 2018 is a versataile performing bike which is still better than the new r3 2019...

Old R3 is better looking. That front look just kills it sorry to say. The only positive things about the 2019 model are the inverted forks and the LCD screen. Other than that it's not really an attractive bike.

planning to buy next month,either honda crf250L or the new 2019 yamaha r3, i wanna see it once it arrive.

4months ago first look the new r3 :damn weird looking like a shit after riding for 2months :not that bad and recognised some things on new is better. Old version is look good but after long time it was looks so normal, the new version can’t be acceptable for first signs but well worth a second look

I've seen both in personal. Damn the 2018 ver looks so big and aggressive it wants to eat you alive. The 2019 version is not bad but not better in terms of look. It looks smaller but in terms of engine and tech the v2 is better.

I currently have the wgp edition R6 and i just bought brandnew 2018 R3 now. A lot cheaper bec of the newer model 2019 thats another one big difference now for me between the 18 vs 19 model😂, and one more thing they change is the riding position which is the old 18 it more upright and still more comfortable.
