Hello. Love your channel. Question. Heating last 15 years with Bradford white combi hot water tank. (Floors and hot water) Works ok. I’m changing because of age. Suggestions. ? Use Same or condensate boiler water heater direct vent for both units. Also, what type of boiler if that's what you recommend.
Open to suggestions. Ontario Canada.

Did not understand why the upgrade to 4" the vent hood is a 4 x 3 you can use either unless your on the line for the seven times rule. In MA we need a vacuum breaker, in CA no vacuum breaker but on a stand and strapped to a wall. No consistency at all.

Those people are a 24HR service plumber, a 24HR service electrician, an HVAC technician, a sewer snaker/jetter, a lawyer, an insurance agent, a 24HR towing company, a competent and honest dealership service advisor or a privately owned automotive shop technician, a primary care doctor/nurse practitioner, a 24HR emergency veterinarian hospital and a regular vet, a 24HR locksmith, and a hair stylist/barber. Women probably want a manicurist/pedicurist and OB/GYN doctor as well. When the plumbing situation goes totally sideways at 7pm on Sunday or the AC stops cooling on a 110°F day and your newborn or pets can't handle a 90°F house, you need a good guy you can call and say "Please, you have to come help me!" Someone who will do the right thing and isn't going to seize that opportunity of having you firmly by the balls to squeeze 'em and walk off with half your paycheck. You're a good guy Mike. You do love getting your reward for emergency calls, but you seem to charge fair prices for them. It's not cheap to ask someone to get out of bed and drive a mobile warehouse of parts and a mind full of knowledge over to your house at night and rescue you. Of course, you also do good and proper work, which is most important. 👍👍 2 thumbs up.
