I would put an electric fence around the property, if anyone dares to climb it oh well! Our society has changed for the worse. People think they can be lazy and stay in other peoples homes. Things need to change. This homeowner has done whatever he can to keep his house safe. It would be a shame to sell because of selfish people. Great job as always. Rent it out or sell it. Vacant properties just bring trouble.

That ventrac does an amazing job. If you’re allergic to that stuff then yeah you should stay away from it. But the job really looks great.

Great job cleaning that forest up around that customers house. That Ventrac is by far one of your best investments. Now, them squatters are going to squat, motion censored cameras are nice and make sure they have voice controls with them to tell the squatters to get off their property. 😂😱

Camron always a great job brother. But I would either sell the place or get a good renter in the home. I hate to see a nice place being destroyed by people that need more help than a house can give them.

I'd love to be the "house sitter" for this house. I have a relative that lives in Kansas. I would need the lawn taken care of and the utilities paid plus access to the internet. Basic furniture and someone to do a regular check on me. I'm an 80 yr old that still has a little adventure left in me, but I could keep a house clean and a squatter off the premises. Oh, well....not much chance of that happening at my age. 🤓😏

If he wants to keep it then he should probably move in it. Or rent it out to someone for about$700.00 a month.

Personally speaking, I feel that if the property owners don't want to live on the property, they should sell it, so someone else can live there & take care of it. Having a house sitter or renters living in the house doesn't guarantee anything of the house being taken care of & properly maintained; where as a homeowner has skin in the game & they want to take care of it, so they'll have a roof over their heads & the property can increase in value versus decreasing in value due to neglect.

Im a professional property caretaker. I can tell you from personal experience having someone living there is a definite deterrent for squatters! Squatters wont go near a place that has someone looking after it, and living onsite! 100% fact!

I’d rent it out, but that is a very large lot to expect a renter to mow, so someone or the landlord would have to keep it cut!

That mowers not good. it cuts long grass and lays it down but nothing to pick it up. No good lawn care. No weeding because of poison ivy get kitted up dude mask gloves boiler suit its all available. Looked better but wouldn't pay for it.

I wouldn’t let the squatters run me off. I also feel that trying to immediately sell the house because of squatters will be a big negative impact to its value. So, I’d lease it to someone with positive references and a clear background check. I’d decide later to keep or sell. And get a working security system, keep it mowed weekly because you’re just projecting that it’s vacant and squatter ready with the yard all overgrown, hedges untrimmed, and discarded junk on the back deck.

Possibly try to rent it for at least one year of that wouldn't work definitely put it on the market for sale. Awesome job sir that's some kind of a mower you have. Awesome job 👍

Wish I could find someone in north central Missouri with a ventrac. I could use one twice a year or so for a pond bank…not enough use to justify buying one.

I saw the first one you did on this property. I thought the home owner would be smart enough to hire you on a weekly basis to keep the property up. Cameras help especially when the police go out to arrest them and word gets out it’s not a place to go to. But that being said he should get a house sitter. Dont remember if you said whyowner doesn’t live there. Btw that ventrac is amazing!
