I think women on child support should be given a specific card that the child support is put on that the court can go back and review every item that was purchased or see every transaction.
It is without a doubt that majority of these women do not spend that money on their children. I know a lady that was using her child support payments to get her hair and nails done and that was it. The moment the judge found out, he knocked down her payments to where she can barely afford her nails.
