Have been living with it for 6 months now. Especially the first 2 months were horrible and caused me a lot of stress. The doctor thinks it started with the ear infection. Somehow I still hold hope that It'll disappear, but i know i shouldnt expect too much

I've had tinnitus for so long its just become a thing I have, it it's like only there when i start paying attention and then i'm like ow yeah this sucks. But it's been getting worse, when it's really silent it's like an orchestra of screechie whisles and zooms in my head, i started getting panic attacks from zooming noises because i wasn't sure anymore whether my tinitus was getting worse or it was just a plug, this helps.

Hey everyone so I want to tell you my story . I have tinnitus and it so hard to cope with the doc prescribed me some steroids to take 60mg for 2 weeks I’m noticing improvement . Just sharing this with you hopefully it helps everyone going through this as well . Also had to go to therapy because it was hard for me to manage. With the right help I believed we can all get through this.

I essentially didn't sleep for a whole month when my tinnitus started. I had muffled hearing along with hyperacusis. I wanted to jump off a bridge. Thankfully, it got better, and most times, I don't even notice it, and when I do, it doesn't bother me. For most of you, the same will eventually happen. It gets better, and it won't bother you. Just hang in there and know this too shall pass.

I’ve realized that I’ll have good days and bad days with the ringing . Sometimes some days are longer than others, but it’s ok. I realize I’m not in any harm or then my anxiety/panic attacks will come in and make it worse. I’ve noticed to just exercise more often, lower my caffeine intake , and sleeping more has helped. We will all be okay , you just have to roll with the punches

I’m really scared that I might have tinnitus, ringing started about a few days ago in my left ear. I also went deaf on my left ear for just a few seconds when I was at my family Christmas gathering. I’m meeting with an ENT in a few weeks. I really hope it’s just earwax or an infection. Is there anything I can do to help it, or not make it worse.

I think i have tinnitus. Well only at night when am laying down i can notice it anyway. I went to a ear doctor and they pulled wax out of my ear. Now i can only hear it at night. Am gonna see the doc later when j get some money. This helps ignore the ringing

I’ve had tinnitus for 26 years and have managed it over the years however recently due to a heart attack I’ve had to give up smoking weed which masked it very well ! Now the volume has increased and I’m finding it unbearable especially at night I just don’t know what to do

I'm struggle with a tinnitus since 2 month and it drives me insane 😭. But this seems like to help to relax and I'll try to learn to sleep with this sound, usually I needed silence before but I guess I'll never experience it again since nothing helped, thank you for the upload. I have SERIOUS tinnitus while my neighbor turned on a mouse repeller (super loudly) for 2 days. And after I asked him to turn it off, I got continious tinnitus even if there's no environmental high-frequency sound.

It's SO PAINFUL and SUICIDAL. I want to warn people, don't be negligent to the harm of mouse repeller even if you "can't" hear it. It must damage your health.

I've been suffering from tinnitus for 9 years. I use this sound masking day and night to help ask the sound and from what I found out that tinnitus is a part of brain damage called traumatic brain injury that can lead to bipolar in dementia suicide high blood pressure memory lossshort-term and long-term and concentrating and sleep disorder and there's been a lot of times that I just want to pull the trigger and get it over. I started getting the white ringing sound when I hadn’t slept consistently in days after meditating. Never had this issue so I hope it helps 🙏🏽

You know what is worse than tinnitus? Even worse tinnitus. Extremely loud unmaskable both ears + hypercausis. I am probably killing myself next month

Still cannot believe there’s no cure for tinnitus. So many people suffering.

I’m trying this because I’m sleeping at Christmas and my uncle snores loudly so I have earplugs in but the earplugs are making my ears ring.

Now i have a louder humming as well as the tinnitus. Engine sort of thing. I have to listen tothis water to get rid of it. I hate the humming as well.

I think I might have tinnitus. It’s a low volume and doesn’t cause me anxiety or anything. It’s mostly just annoying. I’m 23 and it started years ago, I don’t even remember when it started exactly. I could’ve had it my whole life and only just recently discovered that not everyone had it

My tinnitus is very loud but for whatever reason this one specific video completely drowns out the ringing. I hear nothing. I’ve had tinnitus since I was a kid so i’m more than used to it. Even in total silence. But god this newfound “silence” is peaceful. I guess i’m listening to this video everyday for the rest of my life haha

I am suffering from tinnitus for a year now. Everything is OK got my mri. The sound does not stop. I believe that if the sound is not related to hearing loss, it is psychological and your brain just imitating the sound you hear all day in silence. You just need to help your brain to cancel it. I am working on it. I wil see if I can achieve it.

One thing to remember, if you constantly mask the problem it will never go away and you will likely remind yourself it’s there more often. Learn to live with it - I do and have done for 5/6 years now - just forget it and don’t worry. We’ll all meet again one day and be free of it

If you think about it it will get worse just like anxiety or ocd . Negatuve Thoughts give them power. Just bealive it will go away.Dont think of it.

Try to use earbuds that sit in your ear like Apple makes so ear drums aren't pressurized... avoid the kind that plugs deep into your ears. I think those can cause ear infections, put pressure on ear drums, increase humidity in ear canal and make tinnitus worse.

Mine sound like a washing machine and it always happens right before I’m about to go to bed. It’s so irritating. I didn’t notice my T till I started walking at a highly stressful call center.

I have tinnitus and vertigo. I can’t believe listening to this helps 100%. I don’t know how but when I listen to this, the vertigo completely goes away and the tinnitus gone I don’t know what I would do without it it’s a lifesaver.

Tinitus going on 25 years here- I just live with it and assume I'll be deaf at some point. Too much hard rock in the 80s

This sound helps me, but I’m still going crazy most of the time of the day and night because of the constant ringing in my ear. I can’t get used to it. And i am so mad at myself for not taking care of my ears, sleeping with earplugs and listening to loud music in headphones😞😞

These sounds do help some. Kinda weird but it does work some.

I've got tinnitus for almost 5 months now. There are days, in which the noise in my ear isn't so loud. But today it is stressig me so much, I found this video and instantly felt a relief, cause I cannot hear the strange noises anymore. It helps me a lot, thank you very much😭😭

My tinitus is irritating to me, day and night, I can still sleep but when I wake up, the buzzing sound is what I always hear, wish it was music and not the constant sound with just one note.

I got severe tinnitus from shooting 6 rounds through a .22 revolver with no ear protection. My ears were ringing horribly, and then it just never went away. I don't notice it a lot of the time but it ruined my ability to enjoy silence for the rest of my life. REMEMBER TO WEAR HEARING PROTECTION!
