I go back and forth on weather he’s natty or not. Regardless his knowledge experience and conditioning make it worth tuning in.

Spray tan is horrible. Looks like a make up job gone bad, but I love Mike he gives great advice, but there is no way he’s not taken TRT and other steroids especially at his age. I’m not hating. When doing lat pull downs on cable machine, isn't it better to sit facing away from the machine and pull down as you are in a position of a better angle and put less stress on the rotator cuffs

Of all the coaches and fitness gurus out there Mike is the only who taught me the important mind muscle connection and slowing down the eccentric. It just works. I'm 62 now and in better shape than I have ever been. And most important of all, injury free. Mike you are a well of golden nuggets. As you often say: It's the little things 💪👊🤩

Some people act like gear is a magic pill that you take one night and wake up the next morning looking like this. The average guy could take whatever gear O’Hearn is taking and will still look like shit. All the sauce in the world isn’t going to make you look like this unless you are completely disciplined and have everything dialed perfectly.
