ОтветитьWell that wasn't nothing. Ehat about thr cloves, sliced pineapples, cherries and brown sugar to cover up the salty taste of the smoked had. My Mother and her 5 sisters taught me well. I can always smell the Ham, greens, cornbread aroma on Holidays during the November and December months.

ОтветитьHow can you say how long it should be in the oven for? It depends on how big the ham is to know how long it should be in the oven …a larger one will take longer to cook through than a smaller one 🤔

ОтветитьThanks, 1st time a ham came out right. Didn't have a good glaze so I used Log Cabin. Maple flavored ham. Still not hot enough for me on the inside @ 140 degrees. A little microwave cured that. Oh yeah you can guess how many times I tried by my age. I'm 66.
