A handful of those so called "weather specialists" that have YT channel sometimes divert into some misleading titles/info in their videos to lure viewers to their channel!

ОтветитьThank you, Robert. Living in the PI like I do, you should always be prepared here. We do live on an archipelago with typhoons, monsoons, earthquakes, and volcanoes, so accurate information is imperative here. That is why we listen to you, my brother. Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьKuya Robert the best!
ОтветитьI'm pretty sure if Filipinos knew how to check the credibility of Facebook posts, Marcos wouldn't be president. Lol
ОтветитьThank you,Robert. As one of the survivors of Yolanda, I appreciate your enlightenment and trustworthiness.
ОтветитьThanks Robert for clarification/explanation and monitoring the weather condition over WestPac.
Ответитьi have been following your channel for a while now and when i saw that post in Facebook, i knew right away that it is fake. It really helps to verify news if everyone just follows credible information sources like your channel, Robert. thank you for always keeping us all posted with updates

Ответитьyou can accesss reliable sources only people who has low iq will believe. this falsehood
ОтветитьBig thumbs up👍🏼, about the misleading people who post stuff like that. Stay safe, my friend.
ОтветитьThings like this cements my belief that a lot of my fellow Filipinos badly need critical thinking and media literacy. A lot of Filipinos are embarrassingly gullible. I tried to educate on social media but ended up getting hate comments.
ОтветитьI just saw a fake news saying "BAGYONG BUTCHOY PATULOY PA RIN MAGPAPAULAN SA BANSA" (Typhoon Butchoy to cause rain in the country) even if Butchoy has not yet formed yet, it has 86k views, and the channel is from "Weather Update Ng Bansa"
ОтветитьThat's just normal Filipino BS. They love to gossip and make up nonsense.
ОтветитьMy goodness! Thanks Robert Speta! Time to inform everyone about the sheer fakery of this news post! Obviously the premise, but also the details of the post are fake! The "L" name for PAGASA this year is Leon.
ОтветитьSuper Typhoon Yolonda was a tex book storm where everything was just right for it to get big
