In real world the client would be curious to know how he would do what he said he is going to (this is the part where u showcase your skill set your knowledge, your expertise (no bullshit it's a multi million dollar company man sitting there listening) and based on the answer he will say let me talk to or discuss this with my people/team/brother/partner etc. You don't EVER corner the client because if u do they will always 'get back to you'! or they would want you to 'let them think and then get back to you' There is a reason Jordan is still hustling (nothing wrong with that), he talks like a side-hustler there is no value proposition here 'just see' in not a strategy any serious company wants to depend on, the meeting that one hour is the chance they gave you you are NOT getting one month! If he offered it (his services) for free that's irresistible then it's 'lets see' from them. Anywho this is a fake meeting I was genuinely surprised thinking this is real, read in the comments below it is not. Of course its not lol. Jordan is a good (excellent) presenter not a salesman he never was.

My thing about this old-school type of sales is that it feels like a rehearsed checkbox, not like there is an actual human conversation and exchange of ideas happening.
Like staring in my soul and using rehearsed phrases that they read would make people more agreeable does nothing but make me feel like a wallet to a person that read too many books by sales gurus.

If you have a human conversation with me, answer my questions about the product without acting like the more expensive thing is always the better option, and not be pushy with follow-up, I am 1000% much more likely to work with you. Acting like you know me or what is better for me is doing nothing but making me roll my eyes.
