Trump has never been a Republican and as president he was a failed apprentice. Dems may succeed in keeping him off the ballot entirely. Brown is a seasoned warhorse and not easy to beat. Tester is always considered vulnerable but always wins. Chances of Republicans winning the Senate are always overrated. Their defeats have been caused by Trump's meddling. To Republicans he has been a Wrecker.

Republicans can only win one Senate seat, not enough to gain control, and they are bound to lose the House by at least 50 seats, with additional losses depending on how much dead wood, such as Patrick McHenry, decide to retire.

Republicans can actually hold majority in Senate for many years if they flip Montana and Ohio. Considering that Democrats currently have all swing seats except Johnson in Wisconsin and Collins in Maine and still being a minorty.

I think Virginia will lean Dem. Virginia has been trending to the right since 2021. Republicans gained a seat in the US House in 2022 and despite losing the state legislature the majority of the races were close even in competitive districts and Republicans nearly won a few Dem strongholds in several districts. Virginia will befome a true swing state again in the near future

The election in Arizona in 2022 was stolen,
both for governor, and for senate.

The only questions at this point are can we get to November without screwing it up and can we manage to not wet the bed on controlling all three yet again.

I do not plan on voting in 2024. These predictions mean nothing.
It's obvious that the System can be rigged for any desired outcome as I'm sure will happen in November.

Montana is a different breed. They like Tester. Even with a large Trump win, Tester might prevail.

There is another angle to the Ted Cruz race that is not discussed. The RNC would be very happy to see him GONE. He took out an establishment republican in the 2012 primary. Al the more reason to get behind him.
