I'm currently 17.2% BodyFat at the age 43. 👍🏾.. and my leanest BodyFat was 12.6% at the age 41

i have been fat all my life, im 32. the last year after my ex and i parted ways i started to exercise so i can appreciate myself more (she liked them thick so i was coo as i was when i met her). i was 250 when i started and im down to 200lbs when weighing after i wake up... im 201.6 6'2 with a body fat % of 13.8 according to my smartwatch before sleeping just after work today.

i said all that to ask, what do i need to do to pull all the skin together, cause i see the fat shrinking and im pretty swole/ripped under the fat( visible 8pack and pretty good definition on extremities...all extremities) but the loose skin is messing with me when i do pushups lol...hell i guess i'll just stick with it, as we all should.

i walk for about 8 hours 2-4 days a week pushing totes at amazon as my cardio, and i eat fairly strictly (chicken, rice, vegies, lots of water) tho a month ago i did eat one pizza in a sitting once a week putting me back up to 120lbs for a sec...maybe thats what it is...nevermind, thanks for reading.

I had my body weight and fat percentage and BMI measured today!!
I weighed 78 kg, with a body fat percentage of 21% and a BMI of 24!
I am a 54-year-old male and my height is 178 cm or 5 feet 10 inches.
Can someone tell me if this is good, average, or even bad?

Eat more veggies and scale back on carbs? Veggies are carbs. When are people ging to learn to say "over processed foods", instead of "carbs".

I wanted to say that you need to not compare yourself to unfit other people but to what you could be. Our medical community does not aim to help you have optimal health. The chart without compensation for age should be the correct one. I am 64 and all I have seen practiced by MDs is bandaid medicine.

BS, because unfit old people gain fat and lose muscle sitting on the sofa does not mean my body fat should be higher the older I get. More effort may be required to maintain a low body fat does not mean the range should change. I am 64 and workout. I am at 14% body fat but clearly need to lose some fat at the waist line. I can not imagine being at 20%!

There is a significant problem with your video. The numbers change significantly with aging: so the Jackson-Pollack chart CONTRADICTS what you say is healthy for over 35. In part because what is deemed healthy at 35-40 is somewhat different than 50: & more so over 50. According to what you SAID, my 20.5 BF% is too high. BUT I am 57: according to the one chart that accounts for age-what you insist is rational-I am at the lower end of the "Ideal" range! You should never generalize about "over" 35, which covers many decades, most of the average person's lifespan. You should redo the video, since it is internally contradictory! 😮

6 pack...sharp definition of muscles..
Fibers/striations visible...veins pop out ect...
Im a Beginner in lifting...I have cut but not mass...I'm 53. 6ft2in. 150lbs...
I am a sauna/cold water advocate...
If u want to cut fat fast get into cold water...the colder the better...it socks I know...but a hard set of whatever is hard... get in the cold and cut up fast

I feel flattered! Looking at ACE Body Fat % Cart, at my 12.8% (according to my sale) I am an athlete. In reality, I'm the farthest thing from an athlete. Also, I have MS but there is no way for the scale to know that.

If your young 20-30 ideal body fat percentage is 10-14%. At around 14% you may be able to see abs and you will look thicker but not unhealthy. As you go lower you will look leaner but won’t look as broad/big. For me who is 25 I aim year round to be 11-13% body fat

i am 41 skinny fat bod with 25% body fat been trying for years to tone up nothing is working i am a non smoker don't drink sodas don't drink alcohol i don't eat fast food my genetics are very bad and i think that is why i have had no gains at all even put on more body fat i exercise daily comes to a point were some ppl should give up i think i am one of those ppl nothing works

I just want to maintain. If I eat too much because of a birthday party or holiday, that’s fine because that’s me living life. Enjoying life. If I want to eat junk food time to time, I’m fine by it as long as I can hit my limit in the gym, I don’t need to waste more time for little to no gain.

I want to experience life.
