It doesn't make a different because is still like the same speed but just a lot of feature then makes it a little slower so if it's just the same thing then iOS 10 would be quicker but is the feature so makes no different

When comparing the iPhone 6Ss, I believe you had the triple click accessibility shortcut on. That really slows down the app switcher and being able to close apps immediately after opening them. I don't know why Apple hasn't fixed that yet.

I did notice a huge change, it keeps messing up my text messages like they keyboard seems weird and sometimes in some apps it crushes and takes me to home screen 😓

I just got iOS 10 GM on my 5S and my phone feels so much faster than iOS 9 and I haven't noticed any lag yet. Apple did an amazing job with this update for older devices! :)

You're wrong, the 3 oldest devices that support iOS 10 are the iPhone 5, 5c and 5s. The 3 newest devices are the iPhone 6, 6s and SE (including the Plus models)

I have an iPhone 6S & an iPad mini, I just bought the iPhone and I was relying on my iPad mini for just about everything for 4 years. Sadly, the iPad mini is not supported :( 😭
