I recently started playing Assasin’s Creed Odyssey and love the fact they were able to put the option to choose between male and female character without affecting the main course of the story and without heavily deciding your personality.

This thing with something like FiveM will be superb i think

I thought ppl hated the ray movies because they totally destroy the Canon. U have zippers, just add water-insta jedis, and even some inept trooper can wield a Saber like a big league slugger. KOTOR was an RPG. And this is going to be a action adventure; the first open world segment is the first ever in that genre of Star Wars games...

I never thought Star Wars was woke. I have watched the Sequels a couple of times, but I never considered Rey to be woke. Remember, the Jedi strive to be perfect and not just male Jedi too. Anakin Skywalker, Rey, they all want to become the perfect jedi.

I think it looks like garbage, no force, no lightsabers. I get that’s the point of the game, playing a scoundrel. It’s one thing to watch the amazing Han Solo be a scoundrel, that’s fun, but I’d never wanna play as a nobody scoundrel with a crappy blaster though. I can play call of duty if I want to play with guns lol. Won’t be buying.

It should be noted that George Lucas in his Star Wars Encyclopedia (a rare book) specifically said that the third trilogy would go this route...outlaws, scoundrels and gangster Hutts along with the Crimson Dawn. Disney basically ignored what George had planned and the rest is lamentable history. At least this game might right that wrong. I don't care if its a female protagonist...the game should be right as rain.❤

Not really into open world games anymore so not sure if this one's for me. It doesn't have to be, obviously. Yet I'd love a good Star Wars experience.
However, the whole underworld lore also isn't my cup of tea. I'd like a good ancient Sith story for a change.

Aladdin talks about being, 'one step ahead,' not because he's oppressed because he's a dude, but because he's a poor street rat. Andor had things stacked against him growing up, and was held back because of circumstances beyond his control. He wasn't held back because he was a guy. Luke Skywalker was unhappy about being held back from getting off Tatooine and the larger adventure he craved by being stuck being a moisture farmer. It's a pretty common trope, nothing "woke" about it, just because it's a female saying that. If the game sucks, it sucks. But that doesn't indicate anything.

Funny that in the comments on his video people are complaining about "more woke s**t" literally because it's a female lead. The actress that plays this character said her character is not perfect and F's up a lot, so she's not some perfect uber-powerful "mary sue" Rey like character.
