how "easy" the easy day should be? How fast should I run it compared to the tempo run? A same as asked before, how "fast" am I supposed to run the "long run"?
Way to much volume in this training plan. You could get better results with less effort and fatigue.

Week 2 Thursday was 2x 1.5km. Does that mean run as fast as possible for 1.5km have a short break, then do it again?
