Thanks for the nice website hosting wisdom! Ive skilled Bluehost and Hostwinds, however Cloudways with TST20 coupon is the true lifesaver.
Ответитьwtf is the fps on your webcam yo
ОтветитьI think, I can totally feel what you are feeling. And I know it's something eh-eh. I wish I could type honestly, but uh-hu. But such series teach us a lot about what to do and what not to do. Definetly learned a lot! Thank you very much.
ОтветитьThe first website was exceptional
ОтветитьGreat video to inspire ideas!
ОтветитьThanks for this❤ This video clearly show what will be reaction when we put our portfolio for job. Also gives some points about what should we include when we make our portfolio.
ОтветитьI LOVE THIS VIDEO! I do this every day with clients and competitors. Honesty helps them! You've shot straight as an arrow. Very refreshing
Ответитьreally like this review format. i hope it could be a weekly series
ОтветитьPlease, also evaluate how these portfolios look on mobile. Most people look at websites on mobile anyway nowadays.
ОтветитьThe craziest thing about this is that now when I visit the websites you've reviewed, most have already made changes based on your feedback further improving their portfolios.
Ответитьhow did they make the website? html/css? or just a pagebuilder???
ОтветитьNot to be rude, but its a good lesson as a designer/developer to follow these reviews.
Being a graphic designer myself for over 12 years, I have learned not to overcomplicate either your work or yourself.
Ram defenitly has some good pointers we all can learn from. Cool to see so many try something new and differrent, you never get too old to learn something new. But often simplicity and straight for wins over overcomplicated layouts and messages.
Stick to your gots, try things first before launching, test, re-do, test again - Trust me. I am at my portfolio website version 12 and still not satisfied :D
Thankyou for an awesome video Ran and look forward to see more portfolios!
PS: NEVER GIVE UP folks :)
Feels like the majority of people are "creatives" and not really behind the science of the UI... this is a common mistake.
For example, the "trendy thingy" is really annoying.
Also, there's a huge degree of standardization. Still those guys are better than me I am sure I use react/tailwind and next.js tho.
I will sub if you make this a series...honestly, it's really helpful!
ОтветитьPlease review some more in other video i would like to watch it and learn from mistakes
