So glad to see you're doing so well ! You look great ! I have numerous autoimmune diseases . I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 2005. I have had numerous surgeries. I also was septic in 2019. Finding the right doctors makes a huge difference ! Next week I'm going to a hand specialist. I really can't use my hand . So we will see how that goes. I also have an adult son with Aspergers. So my life is full. I know i am blessed because i have had to relearn to walk twice.. walking is s blessing ! Sorry so long . Take Care !

I feel so sorry for all of you in the USA as the rates of Fibromyalgia, Lupus and such are horrifically bad in your nation in comparison to here in the UK and Europe although we are catching up. Begs a lot of questions as these sorts of problems are not exactly natural. Watch out if they try to prescribe Sertraline as that stuff is a dangerous and causes so much long term damage. Glad thee quacks are working well for you Jen as you are so adorable and chirpy and you have the most awesome intro too.

Sometimes having new Drs/nurses taking a fresh look at you & your symptoms is a good thing. Join a pool this summer & hang out in sunlight & swim. Sometimes the best medicine is not in pill form & is in organic whole foods & walking in nature. Sleep & following a routine also important.

Jen, are you willing to change your diet if it means feeling better and being around longer to spread the love? Low carb helps a ton of maladies. There are great sugar replacements available now, like Truvia, Allulose, and monkfruit. There are low carb tortillas and egg life wraps available for sandwich needs. Keto cookbooks can teach you how to make amazing treats for both you and Jacob. I turned a friend onto this and she was able to get off her diabetes meds and reduced the symptoms of RA fairly quickly. You’re a doll, and just a really great person. I hate that you’re feeling ill so often.

I don't happen to have autoimmune diseases, but as a athlete, it's common to get injuries especially in the foot and toe areas. I've fractured a toe, bruised the bone of a toe, sprained both my ankles and it's possible that I've now sprained my pinky toe. In addition, I have POTS which can make me anxious about getting enough salt, fluids and food in my system as well. This makes me feel seen and heard even if it's not the same thing.

That’s the luck to you. It’s lot of poking and prodding to try to find out what’s wrong. I have multiple myeloma, which is bone marrow cancer and recently I was diagnosed with MDS where my bone marrow doesn’t make blood so I go to the doctor every Tuesday and Friday for transfusions. So talk about doctors I have at least 10. Doctors for the cancer one for the blood diseases and then of course you have the nurse practitioners for the doctors. I have a doctor for stem cell that I just had met. I have another doctor had to go for a bone marrow biopsy the other day so I’ve been through a lot of doctors plus this past weekend Friday last Friday was in the hospital For four days where I got extra transfusions of blood and platelets I know that you’ve been through a lot and I pray for you and hopefully you’ll get everything fixed the way you need to be. I am currently struggling with some health issue that I didn’t have until my best friend died and i stopped caring for my weight and health. I guarantee you , if you lose this weight healthily you will be cured of about all. Only have Whole Foods no processed foods try to cut back on dairy and meats. Let’s do this together ?

I hear ya! I have a list of medical issues, and don't know what all of them are yet. At times, it feels like all I do is, sit in Dr offices lol. I was gonna ask, Yes, you have lost weight! Was kinda double bummed. Jacob was just 45 mins from where I live, and I didn't know. But also, you weren't with him. Totally understand!! 😁 So happy to see you posting. Love ya! 😁❤️

Jenny, I have fibromyalgia and sleep apnea. We also suspect some autoimmune disease and other problems. I feel for you so badly! You are exactly right that if you don't advocate for yourself no one will. You are kicking butt and doing so well, take your time and we'll be here!

Think my sister might have what you have. Done lots of blood tests too. Still unsure what is. Feel better too

I was just reading a book on intermittent fasting and came across an idea that perhaps you should look into if not already.
Have you been tested for celiac disease?
Apparently gluten is an underlying cause of autoimmune disease.

What's scary for myself is I been having random fainting attacks. Luckily I will be going to the Dr soon, to hopefully get tests done to find out what's going on. 😢

I kinda understand where you're coming from. I have degenerative disc disease. I've had multiple physical therapy sessions and steroid injections (in my back) over the past 4 years. And had back surgery. None of those worked. Pain has gotten worse and spread everywhere. I've had to advocate for myself as well. Hope you find answers and relief.

One of the tell-tale sign of a Lupus Diagnosis is a positive ANA test. Anti-Nuclear Antibodies. You may want to look into that test results?

You should monitor your Sed Rate. It tracks inflammatory conditions in your body.
