Yeah good job 👍
Ответитьdid you replace the defective capacitor?
ОтветитьWow it works without capacitor.. Thts wht i understand when i watch this video.. Because the video missing about replacing.. So now i can go around just pluck out... Capacitor
ОтветитьAye bra. U know what you talking about. Don't worry about ppl who don't know.
You know your stuff
Well I think that every technician have a stabilized power supply... and any liquid can be used to identify the shorted cap without an expensive microscope.
ОтветитьNext time tell them go to school. Good video tutorial for beginners who trying to learn something in life, keep up the good work brother...blessings....;).....
Could you make a video where when you find a bad ceramic SMD capacitor on the pcb then you need to replace it with a new one with the correct rating capacitance.
Good job
I want to contact you
How to?
Chill bro! Don't worry about what people say... Really you do good work and continue it, that's all
ОтветитьYou deserve more subscribers
ОтветитьHow the fucccck could you learn anything from this guy, he spends all his time rambling and mumbling,
ОтветитьGreat video, often the simple things that make the wise foolish. Great work.
ОтветитьI'm really surprised by the lack of subscribers. Very brilliant.
ОтветитьWell if look carefully you can see something is not right with the capacitor, so yes there are going to be a very small amount of user(s) that can spot this with naked eye. I think I have a strange skill with a pair of pliers. These strange skill don't come naturally. You just keep doing it over & over, then it becomes natural over time. So at some point he will spot faulty capacitors even quicker & faster than before..
So yes I do believe the OP. Look careful you can see the fault. Not easy to spot, but it' is there. The problem is, will the next shorted capacitor show the same fault or will it look different.
Very usually brother thanks you a lot 🙏
ОтветитьI'm a hobbyist. I like your methods. You gave me an idea. I don't have a microscope but it just occurred to me as I was watching your video that I could take a photo of the PCB with my smartphone and pinch the photo to see the details. I subscribed.
ОтветитьLive them you are doing good thing
Ответитьawsome
ОтветитьI have learned to not care what other negative people say or think.
Just let your work speak for itself!
He's right about the psychology. but not all situations will this be applicable... certainly this will find its use in some situations.
Ответитьwill it run if you have 3 in parralell because i removed all three and now laptop works perfect i may solder in some i have but what happens if you leave them out so far it hasnt effected the laptop
ОтветитьHow do you know what value to replace with when there are no makings? Choose y colour and size? Use flux and or a small soldering iron and they will come out easier.
ОтветитьYou never did tell us what you looked for to identify it as being bad. It's good that you are able to back up your talk, but it would be nice if you told us what it is that you saw in that resistor that made you think it was bad. thanks.
Ответитьhaha legend :D
ОтветитьHellow JBV i have a short in a vrm graphic card line 12v and i have not a single shorted mosfet im sure of that cause if i measure from the source of the high mosfet to ground i have 13 ohms exactly the same resistence of the gpu chip, but if i measure the positive drain of the high mosfet with ground i have 2.7 ohms so no mosfet short if not i get it the same value in the source of that mosfets to and the gate of all mosfets are not shorted to, my conclusion is i have a short from some capacitor but in this line i have more than 10 capacitors i try use your way the vision power and i spot one but whit my phone camera cause i dont have a microscope yet, cold i sent you a picture for you opinion?? and if i can you give me your email or skype?? thanks Bró im from Brasil.
ОтветитьI can’t believe you boss because you didn’t show how you spotted the capacitor a bad one among the many shorted capacitors. I thought you would show us how you did it, that’s the only way you can back up your saying. Dey play nah😅
ОтветитьGeez, man. This dude goes on forever regarding what people are saying about him on FaceBook (something no stranger cares about) and never tells us what he's looking for to identify the bad caps (the reason 99% of the people who clicked this vid did so).
ОтветитьBased on the video, the capacitors all looked about the same. Not useful.
ОтветитьHi there. Thanks for the video. Could you provide me a link to the microscope you use please. Thanking you kindly
ОтветитьYour sound is muffled and there are no shots of the meter to see whether there is an open or short measurement
ОтветитьYou did not explain anything looking for the short you show nothing not even the reading on the Meter that makes me think twice of what your doing will not wacht you twice
ОтветитьVery simple ! Great
ОтветитьHa ha ha, i like the way you laughing and showed us the steps and the good results, thanks for the video
ОтветитьSharp eye. Nice.
ОтветитьOne way I find shorted capacitor is by injecting a little voltage into the short and see which capacitor changes temperature. Do not inject voltage higher than 2 volts for risk of damaging IC. You need to make a device with variable current because not enough current and the voltage will just be bogged down by the shorted capacitor
ОтветитьYou are a master of your craft. Thank you for sharing it to us.
I hope I get it right. To spot a defective capacitor, you need to see any discoloration on the capacitor, and it is slightly bloated.
Can’t believe I wasted my time watching this video thinking I was gonna learn something new.
So what is the method????
Give it up half the time couldn't understand a word you said or even hear you .and resoldering a compent add some flux
ОтветитьThat's pretty amazing. I've been in the industry for 45 years, and I've never seen anybody troubleshoot a shorted SMT capacitor just by visual means. Troubleshooting these capacitors are almost impossible when you have multiple ones all in parallel with each other, so this is a great way to help isolate a defective capacitor. I am looking forward to trying out this technique at work tonight. Thanks for the video and teaching this old dog a new trick.
ОтветитьBro stop repeating yourself and fix your mic, its so anoying watching your video like this
Ответитьhow to know if i have the correct capacitor to replace
Ответить
