ОтветитьWe Egyptians thank you and hope that you will not return to Egypt again like you, who are unwanted in Egypt
Ответитьtake me w you next time you go
ОтветитьIs it ok to film? I"m going there next year to shoot my own documentary.. drone,(I know it will be confiscated at the airport...) and all.. Thanks.
This is a absolutely fantastic video! Must have taken days to edit, compile etc. Thank you for putting all that effort in, the best video I see on Egypt :)
ОтветитьThis was a great video. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьKarl, your Egypt travel documentary is fantastic and knowledgeable, good job! Thanks.
Did you get any financial return ?
Broooo. I've been watching a ton of your videos, and it still makes me wonder why the algorithm did you so dirty. Man, you should have 5 million suclbscribers with the quality of these videos
ОтветитьThe under the sea scene was amazing. Especially with that fish picture.
ОтветитьHello Karl even when u do the trip alone has the same interesting element.just love the way you explain and manage everything. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьHow do you capture your movements if you’re alone? Do you have to pre-stage it with a tripod, then backtrack to show yourself coming through the entrance?
ОтветитьLovely documentary bud. Now I'm sure it's on my Birthday tour bucket list. 🙂 Question though, how many days was your Egypt trip before you headed to Jordan?
ОтветитьLove from Dhaka Bangladesh 🇧🇩
ОтветитьOh dear, you missed a fabulous opportunity to travel like the ancients by horse or camel. Bad idea to rush through by car.
ОтветитьI know I am a little late commenting, but I do the same, by my self is much better, no 5 star $$$ Hotels its great, 35 countries so far
ОтветитьDid solo backpack trough all Egypt last year, best adventure so far in my life 👌🤘
ОтветитьI'm coming back to this video for the 600th time, as I've used it as inspiration and study material. My stay in Egypt is winding down and my experience mirrors your's so much it's crazy. Being put in uncomfortable situations at the pyramids, temple burnout, and loneliness. Don't mistake it: I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a lifelong dream come true. But this place is draining.
I'm wondering though: how do you view your time spent in Egypt now that you're so far removed?
A beautiful video and the beach cleanup just made it perfect!
Ответитьyou look like Henry Cavill.. such a handsome man!
ОтветитьWe're currently planning our Egypt and Jordan trip. Tons of great information in this video. Thanks so much for putting this together. I often get asked about the safety in Egypt and people seem like its such a dangerous place to visit. Do you even read the headlines in the US? Someone gets gunned down every single day. The US doesn't even top the top 100 safest countries while Egypt is in the 50s. So I'm not worried at all actually. We've been to 20 countries around the world and I'd say I can't think or many instances where I didn't feel safe.
I love your videos. The quality is great and I really enjoy how you take your time to talk to people. We love talking to locals and getting off the beaten path. My wife and I feel like traveling is the only way to really experience life and happiness.
what tour did you book for luxor ?
ОтветитьEGYPT 🇪🇬 😍😍😍😍
ОтветитьGetting scammed is disheartening, but at the end of the day, it was just $37. That's basically a casual lunch in London. For these people here, it could mean meals for a month or more. All in the fun of being a privileged Western tourist.
Ответитьnice job on your egypt video. we just got back from 3 1/2 weeks in egypt and sudan. watching your jordan video now and heading there in may 2023.
ОтветитьWow you were in the same hotel where we with my boyfriend 😀 Sunny days el palacio 😀
ОтветитьHigh quality videos! Easily could be a TV doco
ОтветитьExcellent video!! Next time you travel I will go with you so you won’t be lonely 💕. I just got back from Israel 🇮🇱 and Jordan 🇯🇴 I also went to Africa on a short term mission. I’m looking forward to your next video
ОтветитьHi Karl will be there in 3 weeks, would you mind sharing contact info for your guides (if you liked them of course lol)
ОтветитьI was persuaded to spend about 18 days in Egypt by my girlfriend Lynne. We saw many (and more) of the places Karl saw, but it was a few decades ago, and the Nile cruisers were quite primitive. However being a couple made the trip more enjoyable; (I think Karl was alone more than he would have liked, but the filming was very good). I filmed 6 hours with a camera-to-VHS big camera and have never got round to editing it. Karl is right to suggest a bit of preparation helps, but it was still a fantastic experience. Relaxing by the Red Sea at the end was needed after many very early morning temple visits (we went in the Summer / Autumn). It's a beautiful country. Thank you Karl, for the reminder!
ОтветитьI m one of the kushitic family kigdom of kush
ОтветитьBest way to travel i do the same just land and hope for the best 😂🎉
ОтветитьGood old times. I am glad (and very lucky) I backpacked in 2019. The world as we knew ended in 2019 and now it's only crap after crap. It's considerably more expensive to travel now.
ОтветитьKushitic kingdom of kush oromo somalis afar sidame
ОтветитьHi Karl, I amazed how interesting your narrations are despite you acknowledging lack of previous knowledge. Technically the video was excellent. Sounds and editing were perfect. I am glad I watched.
ОтветитьMan, I’ve seen good videos to help plan my trips, but yours is off the charts! Wish there were more people like you, amazing! Thanks 🙏🏼
ОтветитьHey Karl, love the video and looking to do something similar in Novrmber. What was the hostel in Dahab like?
Ответить👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Ответить👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
ОтветитьI lived in Egypt for a year. It is where I met my husband, you brought back so many great memories. it was the best time of my life❤ thank you
ОтветитьYour guide is making up the history of ancient Egypt...based on Wikipedia.....
ОтветитьFirst you have that "la shukran" energy but then the heat and weariness sets in and you find yourselves on a camel bumping along to the giza plateau =)
Ответитьghostbusters drove a cadillac, not a peugeot, as far as i know
ОтветитьAll I see is men.! 🤔
The near years on the street it looked like all males
So sad because that's all I've heard about Egypt. So many ppl getting ripped off and being followed and harassed to tip.
