Lol I KNOW you aren't talking to me.
ОтветитьThanks Hamza 🙏
ОтветитьI work so hard during my workouts that by the end I’m collapsing to the ground after my pull ups. Then after that I rest and relax did the rest of the day.
ОтветитьYou’re honestly a badass
ОтветитьMan, great advice. I've been working out for a few months now without missing a day besides Christmas and recently started a new program, and didn't do great on one of the exercises in terms of form and another in terms of how much I lifted (underestimated how much I could lift), but I had no frustration or anything with it. I just told my self that this won't be the last time I'll ever do the exercise and I won't magically lose all my muscle, so I just spent some time until the next week watching videos and thinking about my form to improve it. Same thing for when I first started in the gym. My form was sloppy, I didn't know if I was doing the stuff right, wasn't sure about what exercises I liked, but I just kept researching never feeling discouraged because I knew it'd take time.
ОтветитьHamza how do you have such a way with words
ОтветитьIt took me a very long time to get up 30 mins of cardio like 4-5 weeks then it took me another 2 weeks to build up 60 mins a day. I did the same with weights I couldn't lift it until yesterday, now I'm doing 10 by 10 and resting with a 15 lbs. It's not bragging but it's gains, gains that are slow, yet they are steady. It's compound intrest, the power of compound intrest, in a couple of years 5 I'll be lifting heavier weights or at least doing better. It's a slow sucky climb, embrace that slow climb, even the navy seals wrote about that( reading there book, I am actually putting down comics man it's been years since I touched one, I still game, I still read fiction, I'm starting to write fiction again. I'm doing it man. I'm doing it, I'm rebuilding, redesign. I just want to say while we don't always see eye to eye. I'm grateful for you my guy. I'm grateful you encourage me to be a better me.
Ответитьhamza, i lost 11 pounds in a month
ОтветитьHard
Ответитьif you want to loose weight cut off your legs.
ОтветитьThe second day is the hardest
ОтветитьMan i swear to god i want to hug you
ОтветитьGood stuff man
ОтветитьI agree but I lost 50 pounds in 2 months by only eating salad and running on the treadmill
ОтветитьI'm gonna break my camera and send you an invoice 😂
ОтветитьI like this guy 👌
ОтветитьBro ur indian shut up
ОтветитьNah this wasnt my journey lmao. I found david goggins and went all in. After 8 months still working harder at the gym than everyone else.
ОтветитьDude I totally needed this.
ОтветитьLol 😂 this is the worst advice for work *EVER*. No high performers work like this. High performers work minimum 12 hours a day. That's now a short day. That's the difference between the 0.1% and everyone else. You have to be a fucking killer. The people I look up to in work - are next level to me.
Love your content but the last few have been... so far from reality.
Its crazy just how much you opened my eyes to what can be possible. Its so possible to improve and change your mindset. Its so easy to break it down and take it day by day. Even if its just compounding the small wins it helps getting the momentum and building habits. I know I’m not perfect and I won’t always do things right but the fact that I still showed up is what makes me happy. Continue to show up my brothers
ОтветитьLmao that gym is in my town
ОтветитьI literally just lost 20lbs in 40 days 🤣. Granted I went from fat and working out a lot to fixing nutrition and working out slightly more
ОтветитьFucking hell you're so right, in terms of fitness I've been consistent for over 2 years and recently more motivated than ever. But then I thought about other areas in my life and the one which this is most applicable to is my piano/guitar learning aspirations. Since I am 19 years old and recently started playing piano I set myself up for failure by trying to practice 5-6 hours a day right off because I felt like I wasted all this time and could've started as a 5-6 year old. I barely practiced like 2 weeks later because of a HUGE drop in motivation, but you're so right about looking at this from a compounding effect angle. I will now try and practice a minimum of 30 minutes 5-6 days a week with actual exercises and songs I enjoy instead of torturing myself with hardcore ones.
Thanks Hamza

ОтветитьI bet an Adonis is out there named Jeffrey
ОтветитьThe only type of exercise that I have enjoyed is football, but I don't have any friends anymore. I don't really enjoy going gym which is probably why i keep quitting.
ОтветитьSheesh
ОтветитьFACTS.
Ответитьsure brother. thanks
ОтветитьWe don’t talk about porno, no, no, no,
We don’t talk about porno
Damn
ОтветитьI’ve made more progress in the last year than the past 6 of grinding. Don’t be the guy who stops at year 6 right before you kaioken x10. Work smarter, working hard is the entry-level requirement. Millions of years of evolution in this brain and many don’t use it.
ОтветитьThis was really wise. Lifestyle over extreme will power for brief moments
ОтветитьThank you Hamza! I needed this

You need to leave the world behind you.
