Thank you for making this video. When counting the rows, can you still count each "v" as 1 row like normal? Or will they now represent more than 1 row because of the K1B?

What is the weight of the yarn and width of needles you're using?

I'm wanting to knit a baby's jumper in Fisherman's Rib. I haven't been able to find a pattern that suits the design I want so I'm modifying a pattern which is just in stocking stitch. What I would like to know is how you go from the knit one pearl one band to the body in Fisherman's Rib. Or should I just make it Fisherman's Rib the whole way, but just using a smaller needle for the band. If you can help I would appreciate that. Thank you. :)

Thank you for making this video. I have been looking for a video that would show me how to start this stitch from the very beginning and you did it, and you did it very well. You explained and demonstrated it beautifully.

May I ask why you leave 2 stitches at the end of each row? Other knitters put normal stitches at the beginnings and ends of varying amounts and I'm not sure why...
