As long as her abilites are tied to headshots, she'll never be that strong. It's too inconsistent

Can someone explain to me how the highest winrate character in a video game where there are an equal number of winners and losers each match can have a negative winrate?

I play Adam Warlock and my duo plays mantis, it’s pretty susceptible to divers but if you just heal each other you can survive long enough for help from a DPS. But Mantis’s sleep and Adam’s headshot damage can deal with divers on their own too. Also, mantis and Adam team up is actually busted

Mantis is my fav support so far. Back when I played Overwatch 1, Zenyatta was my main Suport. She reminds me so much of Zenyatta, from the similar ults, to the her primary attacks and heals over time. Shes even better frankly.

I need to learn another support in this game but shes been so much fun.

You need to damage boost more and damage boost your DPS not yourself

I still don’t get how every character has below 50% win rate. If both teams select a hero then that automatically gives a 50% win rate then games where the character isn’t mirrored should raise or lower that

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, how accurate is this site? How is the highest winrate character still below 50%?

I love this game honestly it has been so fun it’s been better than the over 3k plus hours I’ve played overwatch 1 & 2

She also got nerfed, dont blame you for not knowing that cuz the devs dont actually tell you buffs or nerfs. She can't two tap anymore with or without dmg boost

I'm trying to understand what's special about this game; but from the videos of gameplay to date I'm not impressed by the least.

where should you position yourself with mantis? I feel like if im in the back I get flankers and my team doesn't always help in that case

From what I could tell by testing last night since I noticed the Wiki was wrong.

m1- 50, 100 Crit.

Damage Boost- 20%

Heal- 50 Initial Heal and idk how much over time, it seemed to be around 150-200 Health.

Mantis plays like Jenos from Paladins. Good in DPS heavy team comps due to being able to spread damage boost and healing to mobile heroes, DPS benefiting more.

She doesn't feel strong at all. 7000 healing in one round is nowhere near what I average with Luna Snow. Also, Luna is hitscan, so her ability to damage is more reliable as well. It feels like Luna does everything Mantis does better, so I'm genuinely confused as to how her winrate is so high.

All the heroes are OP in their own way, some more than others (inevitable). I can say they're all VIABLE though, and that's more important. I say this as a Loki main who has hit high gold rank playing exclusively him, and he has one of the lowest win rates.

It’s dumb that she’s immobile in this game when in the comics she can literally beat Thor in a 1v1 and has the most mobility and 1 to 1 hand combat that Captain America struggled against
